They are very friendly and nice will work with you on scheduling and appointments as well as payments. Happy I gave them a shot they also have great customer service!! And are willing to go outta there way to help!! Great team at this Aspen Dental!!! They have changed ppl and I didn't have the greatest experience today. They have a new office manager. They wanted me to pay for a service 3 wks in advance? It's kinda crazy but they say that's the office rules!! Dosent make sense what if I can't make that appointment and something comes up? What if I die?? Really ppl??

So far so good everyone has been so kind and attentive with me. One reason I hadn't seen the dentist was because of some comments that were told about how I wasn't taking care of me teeth so I stopped going. But today's visit was totally positive. Thanks ASPEN DENTAL soon I will have me smile back. From the receptionist all the way till check everyone were very Professional. The Doctor was so very kind and informative. Ip to when she had to numb me. The young lady who did my deep cleaning was so understanding . Aspen Dental will be my clinic for now on
