They don't accept Medicaid. What dentist office turns away MEDICAID. So you turn away kids in need. Got it.

Warm friendly staff from start to finish. All of the staff members I dealt with were informative in their areas of expertise from getting my Xrays, to the breakdown of the dental treatment plan( and execution of said plan) all the way to the billing process. Truly a 5 star team that works here!

My child's dentist does not have an after hours number so I called Aspen dental. They are listed as an emergency dentist open till 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays. When I called and spoke with a person around 4:30 p.m. on 2/25/23 she said that she couldn't schedule my child to be seen because we were not already existing patients. My 9-year-old had fallen down on the concrete and had badly chipped her two permanent front teeth! My child was scared and in a lot of pain! By the woman's tone of voice, I could tell she DID NOT CARE. I asked if she had any recommendations for me at all, like another phone number to call or should I take her to the ER or anything and she said "sorry." And then got off the phone. I cannot believe Aspen dental is listed as emergency care and will not even offer advice to anyone who is not their patient! After calling around to some other places, I spoke with Rasheeda from Smile Makers. (We are not a patient of theirs either.) She spoke on the phone with me for 20 or so minutes helping me Google other places I could call, because they did not have an on call dentist, only a nurse's line. Quite a vast difference in staffing. I could definitely tell Rasheeda from Smile Makers cared, and the woman from Aspen dental could not get off of the phone fast enough.
