Precise is the BEST dentist office I have ever gone to!!! I use to be terrified, like absolutely terrified until I came to Precise. It's crazy to think that now it's almost like having a spa day because I am so relaxed. They are extremely gentle and the whole atmosphere in their office is relaxing! Dr. Hamilton and her team are so freaking amazing and caring, I know when I go there that she is always going to find the best dental plan for me which I greatly appreciate! This isnt just her business this is what her heart is in and it definitely speaks volumes through the care she gives patients.Her team also holds the same values as her and it shows! The office is always clean, at the front door they have a santitzing station, the bathrooms are so clean, the waiting area and rooms are all fresh. There probably isn't even a single spot if dust in the place. 5 stars couldn't even give them all the credit they deserve.

Terrible experience. I paid near 300 for a filling that chipped and was done badly;went back and was treated badly from the dentist and staff who also was talking mean to a tween in the next room with no parent with them;then I was so afraid after she jabbed a number stick in my lip that I said I wanted my money back; then she came back and apologized for taking her frustration out on me that "they" had made her quadruple appointments almost everyday and she was tired. I said I didn't want to be stabbed or feel threatened with anyone who is supposed to help others. No kid should. She then gave me nitro and that was aight. Didn't fix the damage done as it never has with this or any other terrible experiences I never agreed to being involved with. My tooth is still not fixed right including my pain that has been caused from all of the situations I did not want to experience. Make this type of happenings stop forever. I'm done.

I think that it is rediculous they charge you money if you cannot make it to the appt...ppl dont always get a 24 hour notice on the reason why they cant make it there ...Im finding a new dentist office as we speak...Thanks

Dr. Hamilton and her associates have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the care I need. I'm no easy patient to deal with by any means and I recognize this but the ladies at Precise Family Dental really do an excellent job providing their patients with professional and affordable work but with a super friendly attitude with it. I've always hated going to the dentist and I have a low threshold for oral pain but this is the only dentist practice I have not dreaded going to. You couldn't pay me to go somewhere else. I found Dr. Hamilton because of a program that she precipitated in that can give very low cost dental care to people who can't afford to go to the doctor let alone the dentist. Not only should that tell you what kind of person she is, but the fact that after the visit where she took care of my husband I immediately transferred my son, who was 13 at the time, to her full time care. She actually cares, my son needs a little bit of extra help with his teeth and she never hurries with him, she always takes her time and not only explains everything to him but her staff is also very good at explaining everything to me, and if I ever have any questions Dr. Hamilton will take the time to talk to me as well. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED that I found her and as long my son is covered, she will be his dentist!!🥰💖🤩
