I have been using Tallassee Family Dentistry since 2007. I messed up & made a mistake by going across the road for about a yr. but, I came running back. Was saddened by Dr McCartha retiring but, Dr Rose is awesome so are the hygienists (Lauren my fav.) dental assistants are all wonderful (Sam my fav.) and all the sweet ladies at the front desk. In my opinion you can find a better dentist office...

The 2 women at the front desk are extremely rude, unhelpful, and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I could not ask questions without them snapping back at me like I was offending them. I couldn't even get to the filling out paperwork bc of the way they spoke to me. I absolutely will never step foot back in their again. I will make sure everyone I can tell, knows to avoid this place. They treated me like I was an inconvenience. If this is how they treat "family", I'm glad I'm not apart of it.

I did not feel comfortable or welcome in this place. It had a very militant vibe. When I walked in there were nasty signs in all caps screaming at me about how masks are required, firearms are not allowed, and how only people with appointments are welcome. When I made an appointment, I was not told about any of these requirements. There were metal folding chairs creepily arranged in a spaced-out circle and it just felt cold and unwelcoming. This all may sound great to some, but those of us who are different need to know about it and steer clear.

Also, the staff is friendly and professional and the dental care is top notch!
