Amazing husband and wife team that have built an equally impressive support staff within their practice. Incredibly grateful I found them after desperately needing to switch from our previous dentist. Their dental work is top notch, but I truly can't say enough about Jo, the office manager, who's an absolute pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable and helpful with the confusing insurance and billing processes. Traveling through Alaska in a 5th Wheel. Had a tooth ache flare up in Fairbanks on Thursday July 25th. Found Denali Dental online. They scheduled an appointment for me for Friday afternoon. Stopped by their office near closing time Thursday to fill out paperwork. Dr Gianni saw me right then. He did an exam, X-ray, and determined I have a cracked tooth. I really appreciate him seeing me on such short notice, since I’m not one of his patients. They charged me a fair fee, and emailed me the X-ray. 5 Stars. Thank you Dr Gianni!
