Dr. Schultz had taken out my wisdom teeth and I was so nervous but the whole staff made the experience not so scary. The entire staff was comforting, very knowledgeable, and answered all of mine and my mothers questions and concerns. I unfortunately developed a dry socket after, but the assistants were able to see me for several appointment and helped me through it. I highly recommend getting your oral surgery done at this clinic!

I am absolutely devestated. My Dentist from Searhc medical referred me to Dr Schultz because supposedly they are really great at the procedure I need to have done. I was ecstatic and made all the arrangements I needed to make. I work 7 days a week and have 2 employer . I made arrangements to have the time off so I can have this important procedure and recover. Everything seemed to be prepared and ready. I get a phone call at 10:44 am on 7/11/2019 from Dr. Schultz office Sarah asking me for my insurance member number. I was at work and needed to log into my computer to get that info to her. Information given. At 10:56 am she calls again to tell me I gave her the wrong member number so I looked it up again and gave her the number. And inquire for more details. That is when she alerts me to the $1400 I will need to pay out of pocket but she will let me know when after she talks with the insurance company. -end call-Needless to say my heart starts racing as I am trying to comprehend what the heck just happened. At 12:06pm I called back and I believe that the clerks name was Tameka. She isnt aware of what Im talking about and was snyde with me as I bet my anxiety was clear in my tone. She tells me well if your insurance is so n so then they only pay $2000 your procedure with panoramic exrays and such will cost $3,590. So since YOUR insurance ONLY pays $2,000 YOU will have to show up tomorrow with the rest $1,590. 😲 what the heck! I ask why was I NOT informed WEEKS ago about this expence when this appointment was made so that I could be prepared? She says I dont know but you were sent a link. To which I replied Yes you did and I confirmed my email and Ive been getting regular text messages reminding me of my appointment. She says I dont know what to tell you. I see you confirmed your email but nothing else -end call- 12:44 pm I call back, same girl picks up the call, I said look is there ANYTHING that you folks can to help me. This is NOT my error. She said No. 😲 -end
