All the staff has always been very friendly and the place is well suited for kids to help ease being at the dentist. My daughter just got her first filling and was having some anxiety about it. She came, stuffed bear in hand, and the technician he was so wonderful with her and helped make her feel more relaxed. The dentist is always nice with my kids and she ended up having a great experience.

Excellent provider with years of experience caring for children. Great team that knows how to work with families. I would recommend this office kid's dental office without any hesitation.

All members have always been very patient, understanding, nice, and flexible in the matter of making my child feel comfortable and safe. Scheduling appointments that were not in our regularly scheduled appointments have been very easy and staff has always been able to get us in in a timely manner as well as answer any questions and/or concerns over the phone. I have highly recommended this dental office to others.

This is a wonderful pediatric dentist office. All of the staff and Doctor are AWESOME! Even during COVID times these guys are streamline and top notch with children and the whole process of taking kids to the dentist! How lucky are we to have this business in our small town of Ketchikan 🙌💗🙌! I can’t thank you enough for a wonderful experience this morning! We will be back in 6 months.

Fantastic office staff and amazing Dr!

All radiographs needed taken, right the first time. Oral hygiene demonstrated and explained age appropriately. Sealants placed to finish treatment so we would. It have tp travel for another 6 months. My child felt welcome and he left very happy with his service.

Very good people to do business with. They treated my som very kindly, and were not overbearing with us, despite our lack of previous visits. I highly recommend this dentistry for new patients, and actually do feel comfortable returning.

So friendly! And amazing with my not so cooperative 2 year old... honestly I'd reccomend these guys to anyone with kids. Very helpful and really sweet. All 3 of our visits were amazing and the staff is great.

I am being forced via verbal notification 8/2/16 from a company (SEAK professional services) representing the attorney for Dr Linsenmyer of Southeast Pediatric Dentistry to edit/remove my intial Google review. If I do not, I was told I will be sued for slander. That being said, I stand by my one star rating. The statements made are the truth and not slanderous. The purpose of reviews are to express how you felt about services rendered. I brought my daughter to Southeast Pediatric Dentistry last year. We were told that she had a few cavities and neeaed a few caps. They told me the best option was to go under anesthesia at the hospital that way it's all done at once. She was only supposed to have a few done - one specifically needed done and the dentist said she wouldn't know until she got in there if any others were needed. We were in the waiting room the whole time...I was surprised and very upset to find out that she put SEVEN caps in my daughters mouth! We were in the waiting room the whole time and not asked. My daughter woke up out of anesthesia before they allowed me back and was extremely upset and hard to console. At that point I couldn't do anything...But I was really upset that she got 7 caps when that is not what we discussed. Then I got the bill. The very large bill on top of the hospital bill I received. Insurance was just an estimate so waited for the insurance to be billed before I made a payment. I talked to the billing person and was reassured that as long as I made small payments all would be well. I made my first payment ($25) and also cancelled my upcoming appt because we were leaving the state for a family emergency. Several days later I was served with a lawsuit at home. The paperwork showed that the lawsuit was filed 5 days after I called and made my first payment. I called the billing person to find out what was going on, she was so very rude would not work with me. I told her I was paying and asked why I was sued AFTER receiving my payme
