I will update my review once I am able to. My experience with this clinic was horrific. The staff was friendly and I have no issue with them, but my experience with the doctor was by far the worst experience with a medical professional I have ever had.

Dr. Moore and his staff are competent and friendly, and we were happy with our child's response to orthodontia. However, when it came time to remove the braces, Dr. Moore insisted that the improved dental position be maintained by the patient putting in a plastic retainer every night for several years. As parents we didn't think it was realistic for a preteen to put in a retainer every night into early adulthood. So we asked for a more permanent lingual bar. Dr. Moore straight up refused. Not in a nice way. In an arrogant way. Though I'd guess our kid was better than most in the routine, it went predictably awry. Maybe the kid lapses in the nightly use. Maybe they lose the retainer. Maybe the dog finds a new chew toy. Regardless, we're now in a situation where he hasn't been able to use the retainer, and his teeth are returning to their pre-orthodontia position. So we're nearly back to square one. A new retainer or a new lingual bar will be insufficient. So we basically wasted a lot of time and money and will have to reinvest in braces or invisalign or some other costly treatment.

Dr. Moore really knows what he's doing with orthodontistry. He's very personable, always joking around with his staff & patients. And yet, with all the laughter, he is very serious about his work, getting good results. My two kids were patients of Dr. Moore's & they thought he was cool.

I went with my daughter, and honestly I felt very creeped out from the start. I wont go into too many details but I can say I dont feel comfortable bringing my child there to see him. We will be going to Priebe.

I had braces and several mouth surgeries here, and Dr. Moore and all of the other practicians are so kind, explain everything, and help you to the best of their ability. They also joke a lot, to help ease any nerves one might have.
