Dr. Hronkin cares about all his patients and goes above and beyond. I thought he was just extra compassionate to our family until I shared my experience with others and they share the same stories of kindness and professionalism. I love Dr. Hronkin and his staff! They are all wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. However, I believe the scheduling here needs to be addressed. Consistently for the past few years every cleaning appointment I have, I have to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. Sometimes even longer. I don't think I have ever been called back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Now I call and ask how behind they are before my appointment. My husband had a cleaning today which was scheduled for 1 hour but took 1 hour and 40 minutes. I work in healthcare and fully understand that patients are late and appointments get backed up so I have empathy, but I'm thinking of looking for a different center. I feel badly writing a poor review because they treat you so nice and do such a great job. I'm so sorry, Dr. Hronkin!

I grew up hating dentists! Back in the 50s our family dentist would have his nurse and my mom hold me in the chair!! Jump ahead almost 6 decades to Jesse K. my current go to tooth guy. I am in awe of his talents and warm feeling from his staff!!
