Dr. Mann Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! My crown popped off on a Saturday morning. He was working the entire day, part of the day in Wasilla, part in Anchorage and after his long day, he drove back to his Wasilla practice to re-open JUST for me. He quickly re-attached my crown and advised as to next steps. Did I mention I'm not even an existing patient with Mann Family Dental? Wow! I can't thank him enough.

This has been the best dental experience I have had up here in Alaska. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Mann takes extra time to answer any questions. He is extremely professional, personable and you can tell that he really cares about what he is doing, while making sure that everything is done correctly. I was very nervous about getting a crown put on, but the experience was quick and easy. When my temporary crown fell off, they were able to get me in on the same day and fix it. 10/10 experience. This office is amazing! I am someone that has not had good experiences at the dentist in the past. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. The surroundings make you feel at home and very comfortable, there is even some emotional support animals to take you mind off of the work that may need to be done. Tyler talks you through any issues you might be dealing with and gives you your options. He was gentle with both my teeth and my feelings. Ashley did a great job with my cleaning as well. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely hate going to the tooth doctor. I usually never make it back for that second appt.. when I just had no choice, and could not put it off any longer, I called Dr. Manns' office. The best decision I have ever made. The office was clean and inviting, Dr. Mann came out into the waiting area and spoke with my husband and me, and escorted me back to the 'room of horrors' himself. He is an absolute genius at his profession. I was greatly impressed. I go back for every appt.. I can't wait until the Tooth Doctor restores my smile. (and he didn't even get all uncomfortable when I started crying like a baby) My advice is... If you need a tooth Doctor, call the only one in Wasilla that treats you with dignity and respect.
