I would have liked to have experienced the much-raved about treatment and care at this clinic but the phone call with the front desk to make my appointment left me with such a bad taste in my mouth I continued my search and found a clinic with better customer service and canceled my appointment here. It is hard enough to reach out when one has anxieties about dental appointments; it does not seem difficult to de treated with a modicum of warmth and patience.

The place was great the lady cleaning my teeth was excellent I would say five stars above anywhere else I’ve ever been including Anmc where I usually go. Teeth actually felt clean unlike other dental places around here. Prices were cheap and affordable considering its dental work also compared to other price gouging dental places. This dentist office is the best. I've have a lot of work done I the past month as well as my girlfriend. I see Dr. Sam and she sees Dr. Olsen. They both have done amazing work. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone. They see our children as well. Everyone from the front end staff to the hygienist to the dental staff them self are friendly and concerned with your overall well being. They call to check on you after your procedure and if you have any questions or concerns you can call and they will get you in asap. Usually within the hour. Love this place.

Everyone at Matsu Dental is wonderful. They treat you like family, and go the extra mile to make sure you're taken the best care. We've been going there for years. It's the only dental office my husband and I will go to and when we had kids staying with us, it's the place we'd take all of them. I'm not one who enjoys seeing a dentist, but I see Dr. Kapil, and I am so happy, to be working with him. He's very caring, can be funny at times, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and always makes sure things are perfect for you. If any kind of an adjustment needs to be done, Dr. Kapil, isn't happy until everything is perfect for you.

Best place to get dental treatment done. Dr. Kapil has been my dentist, hands down he is the best. I live in Seattle and will only see him. I came for my vacation and got my filling done with him. He was kind enough to accommodate me on a Saturday even when his office is closed as I was leaving back on Sunday. Rachel is a v good assistant and they both made me feel comfortable in the chair. For people writing bad reviews, please don't go at the last moment to a dentist but be regular and consistent that way you yourself will avoid the mishaps you get in for not taking care of yourself. I will recommend Dr. Kapil to everyone as trust doesn't come easily and he has earned mine over the years from Chicago to Alaska.

Will never return again, needed only one simple job done instead they did a half-ass job and tell me to return in a few weeks to finish it, then they decided to screw with my other teeth that didnt need to be messed with when i specifically told them NO!!!! They ruined my smile, avoid these idiots, you're better off using a hammer and nail to fix your teeth. My attorney is going to be busy for a while.

Had an absolute nightmare of an experience, and to make it worse, the office manager avoided calls, missed meetings, had the receptionist call for her and speak for her. Had to go to another dentist to get issue fixed ;0 (
