Always nervous about going to a new dentist. Great first visit. Hygienist Claudia was friendly, gentle and thorough. Dr. Holly came in with a big smile and took time to address my questions and concerns. Looks like we scored here!

Dr. Gardner, Dr. Holly and their staff are absolutely amazing, and beyond kind. I have never had a more positive experience at the dentist! The dental assistants and hygienist are very professional and caring, always with patient comfort in mind. Both Dr. Holly and Dr. Gardner have done work for me, and I am so impressed with their "chair-side manner"...and also that the procedures were practically pain-free, including extractions and fillings. They take the time to put you at ease and answer all of your questions. Their office also works with insurance or a discount dental plan, which saves you a bundle on their services.

I originally had dentures done by Majestic over a year ago. They fit very well and I was quite happy with them. I went in for a re-lining a little past the one year "warranty." My wife insurance paid for them. What a difference a year makes! The relines were a major difficulty from the first moment I put them in. As well as the first set fit is twice as BAD as these fit. When it became clear that no amount of adjustment would work, rather than redo the reline for free, which one would expect was only right, they wanted to charge me AGAIN! I was extremely unhappy and when I voiced my anger, at first they were going to work with me but instead they called my wife and told her they were going to refund my money and I could go elsewhere. The amount refunded was not enough to get another set of dentures, in today's economy, and the insurance wouldn't cover another set and I will have to wait at least a year. So now I have to put denture paste on the dentures 2 to 3 times a day. I have to carry a tube of denture adhesive EVERYWHERE I go should I want to pick up a quick bite and the dentures will often fall out for no reason other than I am talking. The teeth extend down further than the first set and by pushing on my lower lip, cause me to drool. This has led me to avoid going out for fear of embarrassment. Instead of going through a tube of denture adhesive every few months I now go thru 2-3 a month. My family has gone to this practice for YEARS and this is how I was treated. Their front office's demeanor also suffered GREATLY over the year between when the dentures were first done and when I went back. During one visit, I left after 5 minutes of the receptionist, who was on the phone, not even acknowledging me and I am HARD to miss due to my size, especially when towering over the receptionist. They really don't seem to care. This may not be your experience when everything is fine and dandy but you might have MY experience when there is a problem. Caveat emptor.......

Great staff with a welcome, relaxing atmosphere. They take care of you without trying to oversell on things you don't need. They also listen when you tell them sensitive areas of your teeth and take extra care to make your experience pleasant. Love this dentist office and would highly recommend!

Excellent experience today. Very prompt to my needs with the most friendly staff. From the moment I walked in and greeted by Kelly, to the best Dr. Holly that fixed me up and his assistant Eva for making me so comfortable and so sweet. Thank you all. I would recommend anyone I know that needs a great dentist office this is the best place!

I love getting my teeth cleaned by Audrey! She is always pleasant, with a soft touch, and explains any questions with answers that are clear and understandable. I have needed only one small filling since Dr. Holly took over the practice, but I have to say I love him! Very gentle, not a bit of pain, and done quickly. He is always open to questions, and explains any concerns or questions in ways that are easy to understand. If you live in the Anthem area and not going to Magestic Dentistry, you should give them a try. I have had a lot of dental anxiety, and now I love my biannual appointments.

The team were warm and welcoming, all while remaining professional. It was a pleasure from the moment I walked into the nicely decorated waiting room and was greeted by Kelly, to my introduction to my wonderful hygienist Kylie. Kylie was top notch, attentive and highly skilled. Dr. Holly uses the latest in equipment and has a great team.

Kind and considerate staff, can not express how amazing they all are. From scheduling, to the work in the dental chair. When I read the reviews I was wondering if this could be real, and yes they are as good as all of the reviews.
