Been coming here for about a year after seeing my previous dentist for about 25 years! Very friendly staff and comforting surroundings. I have enjoyed excellent treatment here while receiving two caps and other work. Never any pain, even during the usual numbing procedure, which makes the experience less stressful. Dental Assistant Blair in particular has been very pleasant and made my temporary caps feel as good as the real cap while I waited for the new caps. Highly recommend this dentist and staff who work together to make every appointment more relaxing.

I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years now. Finally had to get my first crowns done and was done absolutely amazingly. My temp crowns are perfect. Every time I come here I’m treated like family and customer service is beyond great with excellent communication through every procedure and cleaning. Dr. Morejon did my crowns and made sure I was in no pain during the procedure and gave me breaks when needed and the dental assistant Rosemary was absolutely amazing! My son and I had the BEST Experience at General Family Dentist! The front office and Dianne were helpful and accommodating getting us scheduled! I lost a crown on my upper left wisdom tooth. I had the crown but unfortunately a portion of the tooth broke off with the crown. They had to do a core buildup to attach a new crown. Doctor Clausen and assistant were so pleasant and it was so easy to follow their instructions. The temporary cap they put on while the permanent crown was being made did not want to stay in my mouth. Because of the location and low profile it wasn't willing to stay, so I had to go back twice to replace the temporary. Again, they were supportive and replaced without a hitch. The permanent is working well and I have been doing good. I can't be more satisfied.

Dr. Clausen and his staff, especially Blair and Sandra, are all WONDERFUL!!! They made me feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of; and for someone that really does not like to go to the dentist.....this comes with the strongest praises ever!! From the beginning of a root canal to the temporary crown on the same tooth, the experience I had was EXTRAORDINARY!!!! They even checked in with me in the late afternoon to make sure that I was alright......very little pain and comfortable enough to go about my normal routines. On my October 18th visit I was introduced to Blair a new dental assistant. By far the best dental assistant I have ever had. Having Sjogrens my mouth get's very dry. I’ve been coming here for over five years now, even while working in a different dental office for two of them. I usually see a different hygienist every time but I’ve loved them all; the front office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I always see Dr Clausen and although he will some day, I hope he NEVER retires! He’s the best. I have also seen Dr Morejon for exams though and he’s great too. You really couldn’t choose better with this practice.
