I'm tired of being bullied by doctors and their staff at this office. Today, it was strongly suggested by the receptionist that I find another dentist. I wholeheartedly agree. The policy of X-rays at each visit is ridiculous. I'm fully in charge of my own physical care, and refuse to let a doctor tell me how I will be examined. Moving on. I've thought about this for 2 years. Each time the staff has become increasingly more and more rude. There's no call for that, and I'm taking my teeth elsewhere

The women in the front office are cold, rude, and impossible to talk to. They are so concerned with making people feel small that they can’t realize they are destroying the business. The dentist also did not address my issues when I would repeatedly express pain and discomfort in one very specific tooth, over many appointments. Now I’ve had to had a root canal because their filling failed, even though I had four separate appointments to express pain in that tooth. After all of that, they had the audacity to reach out to my husband, eight months after the last appointment of mine, and threaten to send him to collections over a $36 bill on my account from April that we never received any notification of, and that they confirmed they didn’t bill us in a voicemail because they received returned mail. Guess they’re doing pretty well if they can’t even write off a $36 bill. When I called to pay the bill, I was hung up on after paying while I was trying to explain my concerns regarding the fact that they missed, multiple times, the fact that I needed a root canal.

Dr. Arietta filled 3 teeth for me today. One was supposed to be an extraction but he was able to save the tooth. I really appreciated his patience and kindness during the process. No visit to the dentist is a real pleasant thing but when the visit is to Our Family Dentist it becomes more pleasant than painful. These people really do know what they're doing.
