My girlfriend went here recently, as it was the only Dentist with available appointments. She scheduled a checkup and a cleaning, only to be told at that appointment that she would have to schedule the actual cleaning, as this one is only a checkup, even though on the phone she was told it'd be both. This dentist expects you to pay the whole amount due, bill your insurance later, and then send you a check for the difference. They had her fill out forms with her insurance, which she brought the day of her checkup. Nearly a month later we still haven't gotten the check, and we called them to verify the insurance has been claimed. We were told that the account has no insurance attached to it. After getting upset and reminding them about those forms, they claim it will be done with in the next 10 days, but honestly Flagstaff Dental Group. You miscommunicate, take our money, and then "forget" to bill our insurance? We should charge you incompetent dentist interest if it was possible. Never coming here for any dental work again.

Friendly atmosphere and professional care.

My experience here is always pleasant, from the moment I walk in, to the time that I check out. The front desk staff is friendly, prompt and helpful. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Becky, the dental hygienist is professional, highly skilled, as well as warm and personable; I can't say enough good things about her. Dr. Hagerman is very skilled at what he does. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains every procedure and goes through the options in a way that I am able to understand and make my decisions knowledgeably. His assistant Dessa is also very friendly, caring and efficient. I give my highest recommendations to this dental group and their fine staff.

Everyone is friendly and professional. This has been my dental group since the 1990’s and it’s always the same. They don’t run behind schedule, they can see you in case of emergency, they are nice and friendly and do a great job. It’s the same when you call and have a billing question. All good!

I knew I had something wrong with one of my crowns. Dr. Green had to remove it, along with part of my attached tooth. He was very gentle and explained everything to me as he went through the process. Afterwards he explained my options. I was most appreciative that my appointment was squeezed into his very busy schedule. Love Dr. Green's patience and honesty. That's why I come up from Camp Verde to see him!
