I called for an emergency appt and they took me in. Great customer service from the staff and the hygienist and the dentist 🦷. New in town and I live an hour away. I really appreciate that they were available in last minute’s notice. I highly recommend this dental office. I wish I can stay with them but I’m only in the area till June. I wish them all the best! This place is awesome! I avoid dentist like no other but here the staff is nice and caring. They don’t pressure or bully you into doing procedures that are not necessary or what you want, which I find is a rare trait at dentist offices. Dr. Stowell is the best dentist I’ve ever had! Who’d ever think a visit to the dentist was pleasant, right?The friendly and sincere staff all seem to go out of the way to make me feel welcome and respected. For almost a couple decades, Dr Bacon has been my go-to dentist and I’ve never felt more fortunate. I’ve found my routine cleanings by Keen are always very thorough and she’s always so considerate and sociable. A visit to this dentist office is never unpleasant. Thanks!

Amazing service! Had major tooth pain in my central incisor and they were able to get me in the same day. Staff was super nice when I came in and comforting to my issue. The Doctor was able to explain everything for me to understand and are super hyperactive to solve my problem. Insurance didn't go through at first but again the staff was super proactive to fix the issue.

My first encounter with Flagstaff Downtown Dental was outstanding in every aspect. I went in with an issue and was informed of every aspect of the appointment as it was completed. Dr. Stowell was thorough, pleasant and gentle. I was referred to an oral surgeon for a more exact diagnosis and consultation. This was a second opinion appointment but I am definitely changing my dental needs to this office from now on.

From the moment I arrived at Flagstaff Downtown Dental I felt welcomed. Gina was so friendly and helpful. She helped me with my insurance after my appointment was finished. Priscilla was my Hygienist. She was gentle but thorough. She was careful around some of my sensitive areas. I left with my teeth feeling clean. Dr. Stowell was very kind. He took his time with me and explained what was going with my teeth. He made some recommendations and seemed to really care about my teeth. My experience was great, from the 1st call to make an appointment, to arriving early and getting in early (I live 1 1/2 hours away). Needed a root canal and Dr. Stark did it on the spot. Root canals are never fun but my experience with the Doctor and all of his staff was nothing less than personal and professional.
