Our dentist's practice was bought out by Peak Family Dental, so we changed our insurance to follow her there-- that was out first mistake. My work offered me Delta Dental, but not Delta Dental Preferred, so we were essentially out of network and had to pay follow-up bills after every service we received. We also experienced two instances of leaving messages and never being called back as well as a filling that was not finished properly that I will end up getting replaced less than 3 months later. We gave them a try and it was an expensive hassle.

At the Flagstaff office, I was greeted by the downstairs staff with smiles and congenial conversation. However, I was completely ignored by the two young people upstairs. Absolutely no recognition of existence while I stood in front of the young lady's desk during and after her phone call. And so, four stars. On the positive side, my experiences with Hannah deserves 10 stars. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely gentle. My anxiety level of dentist visits have become minimal since finding Dr. Shanahan, Dr. LaRue, and Hannah. Thank you!
