I don’t know where to start. Dentist was nice and personable. Procedure however was an incredible failure. I’m sure he would probably try to make things right but I would never allow him a second go! On top of that, his office manager (after procedure) charged me almost twice as quoted (after insurance) once I got off the torture chair from hell. I didn’t argue with her. I just wanted to pay and get out of there to deal with pain and find immediate comfort. I mean holy hell what was that??!!!

Everyone at this office is the sweet/loving/caring. You are family from the moment you walk-in to the door and after. I can’t no express how nice everyone is, I’m a little overprotective with my daughter and they made me feel so comfortable. As most people, going to the dentist is not on my high priority list of things I want to be doing! The entire staff and Dr. Oswald have an incredible amount of positive energy which made for a surprisingly great experience. The fact that they have laughing gas (something I've never experienced at the dentist all my life until now) made my visit smooth with minimal anxiety to where I no longer "fear" going to the dentist.
