Dr. Explained all aspects of my dental needs in detail, answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Dr.Shim has treated me for 20 Years and he has fullfil more than my expectations. The staff that works with him are very kind and courteous. "They really are a GREAT team"!

the staff, my office experience every time is always pleasant and enjoyable. But there is always a BUT in everything. The only thing I dislike is the wait time of getting my approval from the Insurances. Which l really can't say who is or where the delay is. I waited almost a year before I heard back from them. That was my first visit and it never happened again.

This place has seriously been horrible horrible. The manager Janet. Janet was really rude excessively rude and she also canceled an appointment for my daughter which was an emergency appointment and also canceled my appointment as well. Well what time are you going to come it's not that I was irate it's that I was in pain and I had an appointment at 12:40 on Wednesday and my daughter had an appointment at 9:00 on Wednesday and she canceled both of them. I don't understand why but she was extremely rude about it and hung up. If this is the intro to this facility this is the introduction that we get, this is not a place that you want to visit. I would rather go with another dentist then to go with this place and I'd advise everybody that is looking at this review to do the same. Extremely rude if that's what you're looking for then go to this dentist if you want some sympathy somebody to actually understand what tooth pain is really like and then you go to somewhere that does care because I promise you this place does not care at all.

I just spoke with a woman named Janet which she told me over the phone her name is Janet, supposedly the manager. She did not want to take anything the right way. I am in a lot of tooth pain and she said forget it we're canceling your appointment and it's because of no reason I wish I could download the conversation and play it so people can hear how I was treated but this is not a good or great place it's not fantastic it's a horrible place that doesn't care about people or how they feel. From what I've seen all they care about is money and every person that will step in that dentist office is and will be charged at least $1,500 because they will say something is wrong with your teeth when nothing is wrong with your teeth at least that's what I found on the internet so I'm sharing it with you guys. So if you ever think about going to a dentist please don't go to this one because they will not I repeat they will not be nice courteous or honest the main keyword is honest they will take you for your money and they will not treat you.

Great environment, customer service and professional. My family and I started seeing Dr Shim and staff for our dentistry needs and hands down we very pleased with all services and treatments! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love the new location. I’ve been a patient at Cornerstone Dental for quite some time, I believe I found Dr. Roy Shim over 10 years ago. Needless to say I am very pleased with the dental care provided to myself and my child. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to ensure comfort and convenience. I highly recommend Dr. Shim and his staff to anyone who is in need of a dentist and/or orthodontist.

I jst wanted to say (buyer beware). This dentist, Dr Shim, is a scam artist. I called to make an appointment from a referral I received from my regular dentist. Told them I didn't have dental insurance but had government insurance that took care of $1000 for emergency visit. They said ok come in. I drove way out of my way by an hour only to get x-rays and examed and then told after the exam that they don't do governmental insurance cause he lost so much money in the past for doing so, so Im assuming that he wanted to recoup some of his losses, cause he took ex rays and did an exam. How bogus is that?! Well I suppose he will get what is coming to him in some form or the other! Jst thought I would WARN potential victims of such scams.

Went there to get new dentures. They were caring and understanding to needs. Helped me get over my fears. It's been over 7 years and my dentures still look good and fit great.

Absolutely the best Dentist I have ever had in 56 years. No waiting in the waiting room. He fixes the problem the first time with no need for extra appointments, even though I could have gone back for adjustments, there was no need to.
