Unfortunately, I am going to have to change my review to two stars and here is why. I was charged about $1000 dollars up front to get a crown put in and they said if my insurance pays I will get a refund. I did NOT need a build up on the tooth or it would have been another $200 or so. I paid the money up front and they proceed to charge my insurance $1300+ for the crown and my insurance paid about $650. I have not seen a refund to my HSA which I have repeatedly asked for. I was told I would get a refund of $400 something but it should be the entire amount my insurance paid which is the $650 or so. I should not get quoted for the crown one price and then they charge my insurance a higher rate and then I don't get the full refund of what my insurance paid. I feel like whatever is going on is shady practice and I want the money refunded to my HSA. I held up my end of the bargain which was self paying the entire amount up front to reduce their risk, but as soon as the payment comes in, I'm ghosted. not cool.

Went in for a "popped crown". Dr Jarvis and Beyonce were polite, professional and relatively quick. They did a complete tooth check, cleaned the old crown (it was 22 yrs old), did a fitment check and the re-cemented the crown. They doubled checked my insurance coverage for my old crown, had to pay some due to the age of the crown, but the service and results were well worth it for the 35 minutes it took.
