No Common CURTESY ….tell you one thing and then don’t do it….Waited all Day Friday for a Phone Call from them…(NEVER GOT IT ) it’s like other People don’t have other things to do.That’s No way to run a Business as far as I’m concerned…have another Set to be Relined but they will not get another $888.00 from me. Always had bad experience with dentist so I never went until i had to by then my teeth were in bad shape. I learned to talk keeping my head down never letting people see me smile at all if i did i did it with my hand over my mouth. Honestly I picked Lets C U Smile because of the name. The first visit is consult when I opened my mouth for exam I was embarrassed. Dr. Haynes was so professional ,gentle and never once made a remark that made me feel bad. I thought wow could this be true I had found a great dentist?. When you first walk in the office the receptionist greets you she is a sweet awesome person. Dina the Office Manager, wow now this gal is the best it was her help in the finance area that allowed me to keep coming having my work completed.I couldn't of done it without her help. I would still be talking into my hand. At the consult you receive a 'Work Up Plan' it has all the procedures you will need to have a great smile along with each procedure the price is attached to it so you can see exactly how much it will cost. This plan also is broken up into sections so you are not overwhelmed with cost. Each section is doable and affordable. I didn't call for my first real appt until 8 months after my consult. I never once had any discrepancy with the price these last 9 months. I have never experienced anything but helpful nice and professional staff at Lets C U Smile. I also had no pain with any procedures once numbed of course and I had root canals and bone grafting. I actually nodded off for a sec during one of my root canals the Dr. touched my cheek I woke up and we had a laugh that is how relaxed you are when you are there. The Dental Assistants work well with Dr.Haynes and are so nice as well. Just recently I finished my work plan. When they handed the mirror to me I looked at the final piece and started to cry my smile was back indeed!! People always told me I had a great smile I again thanks to Lets C U Smile have that smile I missed so much. The Dentist

Give them $500.00 up front for dental work there was $140.00 on used in the mean time we moved out of the state we started calling them before we moved and the office manager started ok we will take care of it Nov.2019 so in jan we closed on our house still no return. We keep calling with the new address it took us ontil may 2020 and never sent the break down on what my ins.paid what a joke of a place we never ever had a dr or dentist keep our money for 6 months and had too keep calling them ever two weeks and charge us to send our money back

Paid 2000.00 for upper & lower dentures took 10 months. Paid for right away. Never fit made excuses for everything. Thin tried to get money back but after 110 days visa can't do anything. Then on top of this she wanted to fix my old ones for $644.00! She's only out for the money. Watch out.

I agree with others here. The manager Mike is a complete jerk and didn’t listen to my concerns about work I needed done. Just kept talking over me and essentially told me to waste money getting a bunch of root canals that I don’t need nor want. When I told him I didn’t want the root canals (because I told him I had too many failing teeth from an autoimmune disease and just wanted implants or dentures) he got an attitude. Don’t try to cross him, he thinks he knows it all. I’ve already had a number of root canals in the past but due to my disease they are failing and it is now wasted money down the drain. I don’t know WHY I was stuck discussing any of this with him anyway or why he feels the need to horn in and decide everyone’s dental decisions. I don’t believe he has the best interest in the patient just whatever makes him and the office the most money (aka repeated visits for unnecessary root canals). The actual dentist was very nice and I feel bad I have to leave 1 star for her practice but I’m definitely not returning as long as he’s there.

Quotes for services are never correct. They tekk you it will cost you one amount and then after they complete the service and you are walking out your bill is much higher then you expected and budgeted for! They Always add on services and procedure prior to telling you. You don't find out until after its done. Cost of Services on the high side!
