The best dentist I have had ever. The staff is very personable and treat you like family. They always explain everything and let you know what your choices for treatment. I can't recommend enough. 5 stars 👍

I had a previous dentist appointment for my two children I live in Showlow Arizona. I am brand new here originally from California. Moved to this smaller town because it is where I want to raise my family and I don’t like drama the representative her name is Samantha gave me the most drama and made me feel like this is not the place where I want to be or raise my family. I told her I had a family emergency and I need to reschedule my appointment at first she hung up quickly I called back and I asked her if I can just keep the appointment for later on in the month and she said oh so it’s OK now. One more time I am from California any disrespect I will feel the need to handle it personally however I’m trying to be a different person this girl Samantha her attitude I will be waiting to see her personally she needs to leave your office she’s very horrible she’s very rude and sarcastic. And there will be fights broken out inside of her office if she does not leave. Please have Dr. Platt call me. With customer service you’re supposed to look out for the best interest in your customer not make them upset wanting to pull you out Of your cubicle. Look into this

I’m sorry for the long review, but I believe if you are looking into a practice and reading reviews you might be interested in the details about the people who will be treating you. I’ll start with the front- The first person I spoke with was Samantha, I believe she’s been with Dr Platt forever and I hope it stays that way. I was extremely nervous coming to the office and I met her in the hall as she was coming in. She gave me the biggest smile, asked my name, then held the door for me. Almost three years later she’s still the first person I see when I come in and I’m never left wondering if I’m welcomed. She handles and is extremely fair with my accounts and is considerate of financial difficulties I may be having. Extremely professional and kind. Now Hygiene- Regina is my hygienist and I couldn’t be more grateful! I had so many horrible experiences with getting my teeth cleaned through my childhood and teens and I was afraid to let someone come near my mouth again. Gina was beyond patient with me (still is after all these years of my crazy!) and is never anything but gentle and thorough. She takes the time to ease me into the appointment then proceeds to ensure I am comfortable throughout. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Dr. Platt- I have to admit, as afraid as I was of a hygienist, I was light years ahead in the realm of terror when it came to a dentist. Dr. Platt has healed that in me. He took the time to greet me, ask me questions about my day and even made me laugh before he even approached his chair and damned needle. When the actual injection happened, I was so confused as to why he was pinching and shaking my cheek that I didn’t even realize he’d finished the injections. He told my stunned self afterwards that it disrupts the nerves and keeps the muscle from tensing up, reducing the pain...why was this never done on me before?! I haven’t personally gone to this dentist, but recently my mom did. She was in to get a couple of infected teeth pulled during the appointment they chipped a tooth next to one of the ones they were drilling into. My mom was in so much pain and my understanding she maxed out on the medicine they give to numb the pain and she was still able to feel it all, yet they still continued to drill until she finally just asked them to stop. The next day after getting her teeth drilled Into and one tooth chipped the entire left side of her face was swollen due to an infection, she was taking antibiotics but yet those still weren’t working. She tried calling for three days straight to get an answer on why that was happening and what can they do to fix it, not one person could answer!! When they finally got back to her all they said was go to the er... Why couldn’t a receptionist just say that instead of her having to wait for the dentist to get back to her. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. I believe they should make an effort and follow up with their patients constantly to make sure their process is going properly and if anything where to come about they could give a recommendation where it fits not wait days after to even give a patient a call back.

I would highly recommend Dr. Platt and his staff. The office and equipment are very nice, and Dr. Platt seems like a very honest and genuine guy.

Dr. Platt is great kids love going to office. Staff is great and always friendly.

Customer service is terrible they don't care about people with disabilities like dyslexia and getting mixed up . Hope they have heard of the Disability Act for discriminating against people with disabilities

What a great man. Nephew had a dental emergency. Dr. Platt and staff took care of him with great concern and care. 5 stars are not enough for this great humanitarian.

Rude staff very uncaring , drove 70 miles just to come to this office because they accept our insurance , will never come hear again, and would not recommend them !!!!

if your on Medicare, I highly suggest you go someplace else. My sis got a partial and it has taken almost one year. There is always a excuse why she needs to come back. This office definetly milks the system.

There customer service is one of the worst they can never work with you on anything. They are not equipped with proper customer service skills and that's okay with my family we will be taking our children some where else on the mountain. Wish this town was like it use to be where we helped one another and not so commercialized and non small town customer service.

The staff are awesome here and very well trained, I was amazed by the work and professionalism of Dr.Platt and his assistant when I went in for my appointment. The experience was quick and painless; I highly recommend Dr.Platt to everyone. Thank you for continuing to be a professional and warm place to go to!

Dr Platt is so gentle and efficient after going to the same dentist in Asheville NC my whole life. I finally found a dentist that complimented me on my dental care and only did what was needed only! Thank u for caring!..

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Platt and his awesome staff took care of me like I was family. If you have had a bad experience in the past and need a Dentist that cares and does not try to take advantage of you this is the place to go! Dr. Platt is the most gentle dentist I have worked with. After years of experiencing the exact opposite, I was a little afraid to get work done that I needed. Instead of trying to sell me he explained thouroughly what was needed. I would rather be over informed than not informed at all. I respect his professionalism and admire his style of work. His staff is very friendly and well educated. I will surely recommend him to anyone I speak to.

I was on vacation with my family for spring break when my 7 year old daughter got hit in the face by a softball and knocked her front tooth out. Dr platt was already gone but his staff contacted him and he came right back and took care of the situation. The staff is wonderful and Dr Platt was phenominal. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for an excellent honest dentist.
