Great staff! Super Friendly!

Kayle has been working with me on my teeth for some time now and I must say she makes me feel comfortable and as if I can trust her. Which makes it easy to allow her to work on my teeth. She always make sure I am doing okay during our appointment. I hope that I keep her for years to come. The front desk staff is always welcoming with a smile and they are very Professional.

Dr.Thompson and staff were very friendly ,knowledgeable and caring I highly recommend.

It's not that they aren't nice, it's that they overcharge, don't explain choices very well and, personally, I don't know of other dentists that offer choices especially if you have insurance. I was not pleased with crowns they did on me and the amount of money my husband paid for a crown was insane. They did give us credit for part but not all considering what insurance said we should of paid. Needless to say, we will find another provider to avoid this happening again. We felt this was bordering on fraud. Make sure you know your choices clearly.

Dr Kasisa is the worse. I have periodontal disease and I went to start treating and for deep cleaning. His recommendation was to extraxt 4 teeth. The teeth weren't even loose. I asked if he was sure that was my only option and he said yes. Never did he offer bone grafting. He then measured my bone for each tooth. When he got to the last tooth he kept digging deeper in that gum area causing discomfort. I immediately knew he's a joke of a dr and never returned and canceled my daughter's new patient appr. My husband still goes but see a different dr that seem way better than Kasisa. If you go here...dont schedule with Dr Kasisa

Really nice dentists and staff.

I have always been terrified of the dentist 😬. Dr. Ahmadieh truly made it a pleasant experience. At no point have I just felt like a number. The doctor and all of the staff are a cut above the rest! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Based on the customer service alone, not to mention that the dental work is perfect with intense attention to detail and comfort 😀 . Thank you Maricopa Smiles for the most pleasant dental experience in my life.

I actually found this place by accident, but the ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and understanding they got my daughter in for x-rays and an appointment in two days. The dentist was awesome with my daughter, Alexis really has a love for kids. Sam was amazing as well, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

By far the BEST dental office I've been to!

I have been a patient of Dr. A and his staff for approximately ten years. When I came to Maricopa Smiles, I had a lot of dental problems due to bruxism (teeth grinding). This was the first office to properly diagnose my condition accurately, as well as design a plan that worked with my insurance, budget, and lifestyle. I could not be happier with the results and my continued care. Claudia from the office staff worked with me to help me work with my financing and insurance needs. This eliminated a lot of headaches for me and helped me concentrate on my recovery. The procedures involved two bridges, several root canals, and adjustments along the way. I needed a dentist that would lead me from A to Z in all that I needed for my teeth. Dr. A is an exceptionally knowledgeable dentist and most importantly, he effectively communicated to me each procedure and I always knew what to expect. This was also very beneficial when I had to make decisions. I knew he was looking out for me and I was always a well informed patient. I also had the very best of experiences with other specialists, hygienists, and office staff along the way. It is a professional office and caring atmosphere from the moment I walk in to walking out the door. I never felt I was just a patient but a person with important dentistry needs at MSD&O. Highly recommend!

I originally had an appointment scheduled for a dental implant. I went on a vacation and because my flight was cancelled by SW and I would not be making it back in time for the appointment, I had to reschedule. Maricopa Smiles was especially kind about it. However, when I finally did come home from vacation, it was to a nightmare. I was assaulted by an ex-roommate who broke into my home, leaving me with a broken foot and severe bruising on my body. Because my court dates over this incident conflicted with the tooth appointment, I had to again call to reschedule. I spoke with Claudia the office manager, who responded in apparent irritation that I would need to reschedule an appointment for a second time. She seemed angry and insisted I cancel the appointment altogether, as if I was not worth their time. I am disabled and legally blind from a stroke. It is very difficult for me to get around, let alone make appointments/cancel them. The phone call was humiliating and because of Claudia's poor customer service and lack of empathy towards my situation, I will never be returning to Maricopa Smiles. If you are disabled or have any traumatic events that intervene with appointments, do not expect them to be kind or accommodating. I highly do not recommend.

Absolutely love this office!! I have recommended so many friends and family. They are always very honest and explain treatment clearly. Great office staff and doctors.

I have been coming to Maricopa Smiles for the last ~5 or 6 years. The entire staff is very warm, welcoming, and informative. I see Dr. Ahmadieh and he is awesome; straight badass and he always knows what to do. I know that my dental health will always be taken care of here. To anyone with any anxiety about the dentist you have nothing to worry about at this office!

My experience was awesome. Mairely was the best because she wouldn’t let me quit and she has a great personality. She gave me tough love and it felt like I’ve been knowing her my whole life. She is a great person to have on your team. And actually everybody is the best here. I’m going to tell everybody about MARICOPA SMILES

I’d rate it less if I could, Claudia a receptionist there, is very unprofessional & lies. I wouldn’t risk letting them near my mouth

I had a great experience at this dentist. I had two cavities filled and it was completely painless. The staff was very friendly too. Review updated* I had a 7 am appointment and received a text message confirming the 7 am time. Upon arrival I was informed that it was 8am and not 7am. Very inconvenient.
