Who really loves going to the dentist? I can't say I do, but they are ALWAYS AMAZING. Office staff is great, very flexible and communicative. Dental staff is fun and enjoyable while getting your teeth drilled...if that is even possible. They are also VERY accommodating to scheduling and last minute appointments or changes. Love the Dentist...not sure about that, but love going to this dentist (more than any other).

This place saved me!!! Had the worst tooth pain last Friday! Called around to other places to see if they can get me in They all said no. I then called central Valley dentistry and spoke to Cladette and told her my problem trying to hold my tears back, at that point she told me to come In! I was amazed that she said yes! Well let's just say they had to pull the tooth out!! I would of never lasted through the weekend in pain. Thank you from The bottom of my heart to this amazing staff and to the one and only Dr. Torgerson who took my pain away! If you really want excellent customer service you need to come here. I struck gold finding this place.(:

There's nothing negative to say about this Dental office, everyone there is so nice, they make you feel so comfortable. My first time there made me feel so welcome. These guys are by far the best. I women up the morning with a very swollen jaw. Went to my normal dentist they were closed. That when my son found CD that would take walkins. Very nice people, Ashley has got to be one of the best assistant. So caring and kind. The doc the to is one of the best. He even called me at home to check up and go make sure I knew what to do next. Now who does that anymore. I will be seeing you again .

I will never again use this dentist. I went in for a minor problem (in no pain), and of course like many medical "professionals" they tell you that you need much more work done so they can get more money out of you. Dr. Richins is no professional. He instisted I had too many cracks in 2 fillings on my left lower jaw in the very back. As he was working on me, he kept filing down, and filing down the 2 teeth. Then he told me he had to do some filing down on my upper 2 teeth!! Days afterwards it felt like those 2 teeth on my left lower jaw were hardly there!! On top of that, ever since my visit all the teeth on my left lower jaw have ached. Now we come to tonight. As I was eating dinner, the very last tooth on the my left lower jaw BROKE OFF! IN ADDITION, as I came to this web page I found a review with my husband's full name, and with 5 stars. ALL LIES!! He did not write that review nor gave Dr. Richins 5 stars!! He was just as unhappy with this doctor as I was. In his visit he was having a tooth pulled and as Dr. Richins was doing that, he broke another tooth that was perfectly fine!!! Sorry I ever stepped foot in this place!!!

Being new to the area I did some looking around. I came across Central Valley online, started to read the reviews and decided to press my luck. I booked an appointment as a new patient online, which infact was very easy to do and in minutes they called me back. There must of been a misunderstanding on the timing of my appointment but I showed up earlier then they expected me too. With in seconds the receptionist ( sorry I never got the name ) and Karen started my paper work because I was in excruciating pain. Soon after I sat down with Dr. John Bigler. He was extremely professional took a look at my X-rays and made sure I understood what the next step should be. With in minutes they processed my insurance, set up and appointment for my surgery 4 days from today. I AM VERY PLEASED AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE.
