Mesa Dental Care

The dentist I had been going to that I loved for over 25 years retired and so I needed to find a new one. A friend recommended this office and at my first visit yesterday I was hoping that I would find my new dentist. I'm so happy to say that I was very impressed with Dr Vu and staff and have definitely found my new home!! Everyone was very nice, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend Mesa Dental Care!!!

Don't bother. I used to love Mountaincrest it was close to my home and care was great. However my dentist left at the end of last year. I was assigned to another dentist who then left a month after that. Now they are referring me to another dentist. They have had me come in to redo work because the new dentist did not know what was going on. I was referred out and they did not send my charts or insurance information. The other practice tried to get ahold of them and couldn't. I had to reschedule my appointment several times and pay a missed appointment fee because of their lack of oversight. Following my root canal I was referred back to mountaincrest for the crown. I called them pot appointment to set up getting a crown. They scheduled my appointment for that week and then called me later in the week to reschedule. I was out of the country so had to wait 3 weeks. My appointment was to be this Wednesday and they just called to say they could not do it. They were going to refer me to their sister operation but cannot do it in the time I need. I am worried my tooth will break in the interim as it has no cap/cover and the temp filling is coming out. Unreliable, terrible customer service and Dr Smith is super unhelpful.

My son visited Mesa Dental Care today and had a great experience Dr Vu and Lia treated him with great respect and care! The gals in the front Stephanie & Dale are great as well!

The front desk ladies are my absolute favorites. They are so sweet, kind, and make all feel welcomed. The office is clean and and they make sure their patients are taken care of.

The entire staff is always friendly, super helpful and professional. My sister is an adult with special needs and they’re always so patient with her. I love it they make her feel safe.

Had a terrible recent experience here, was in a tremendous amount of pain and didn't seem to care at all. Had an infected, inflamed tooth and they were only worried about doing a cleaning to make a buck. Never coming back here again. This place doesn't care about you just your money. Very disappointed.

My husband and I have both been coming here for about 7 years, now our children come here too. Without a doubt best dentist I have ever been to. They make a point to get to know you and your family, as well as interacting with your family as if it is there family too. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone!

I have been coming to see Dr. Nia for years. Everyone in the office has been great. Also, they do what needs to be done, and not always trying to upswell things, but always listen to concerns and address whatever is needed.

This was my first visit to this Dentist and her office. The office was very nice, clean and well organized. The front office staff was efficient and welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable in discussing the visit, charges, and insurance. The Dentist was quite delightful, and took the time needed to examine and explain the treatment plan and the process. The back office staff was very engaged with the Dentist and patient. They were also knowledgeable and professional, while creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. They all work well together and provide a calming, comfortable, and welcoming place. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I always feel very comfortable and they explain everything very thoroughly from the evaluation to the steps of the procedures. Everyone is concerned and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I highly recommend this office.

Hygienists and doctors are all so great and patient.

Dr. Nia, hygienists, and reception (Stephanie) are the best. They answer all my questions and take great care with a skittish patient for the past 20 years!

Mesa Dental Care is Amazing- Dr Nia. And Dr Vu are very good dental docs . Had a front crown replaced by doctor Vu recently - it was pain free and the color and size is perfect! No pain with the injection of novaCaine and not too long in the chair either - all went well as usual, just like the last two crowns she did. I give Mesa Dental care an huge thumbs up!! Wonderful staff and excellent dentists!

This place is amazing. I needed a lot of dental work and they have been sensitive to my fears and helped encourage me along the way. I know have my crowns in place, no cavities and I’m on to get some Ortho work. They have treated my whole family for the past 20 years and we have always been pleased with their quality and care! You won’t be disappointed if you choose Mesa Dental!!!

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. The staff is easy to work with and friendly. Dr. Nia and Dr. Vu are great. I have a very high stress level at the dentist office from a few horrible experiences in the past. The hygienists and the dentists are very helpful and understanding.
