I had the best experience at this office. After not going to the dentist for a couple years, they helped me get a plan to get back on track. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Kno was amazing! Incredible bed side manner and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and always stopping to ask if I had any questions. This is the kind of care you hope to receive as a patient of any provider but this is rare and always a pleasant surprise when you get this kind of attention! She performed the actual cleaning and did a wonderful job! I’m happy to be able to leave a great review for her and the practice!

Dr. Hillary Koh was amazing! Very thorough and paying attention to details. Everything was explained well and she was very gentle.

My mom and I had a great experience. It started when my mom first made the appointment. She was a new patient, and Susan was so helpful and so nice. And she is just as nice in person. DR. Koh was so sweet and patient. My mom was having a lot of dizziness and DR. Koh accommodated her so she wouldn't have to lay all the way down. The office is Beautiful and very peaceful. Everyone was super nice and very informative.

Went for a cleaning and teeth whitening service. They burned my gums and had to redo the treatment at no cost. I spent over 4 hours during my first visit because they kept trying to push me to do procedures I didn’t need. It felt really awkward and uncomfortable to say no so many times.

My wife and I both had extensive dental work done very recently. The quality is excellent while their care was also extremely helpful. Dr Ho is very skillful and the office works well as a team. We recommend this office completely.

My experience has been second to none! so grateful for Dr. Erwin, He and his team came in after hours to for an emergency to address an accident. His team is great at explaining what is going on and what personal plan of action is. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family looking for a new Dentist.

I’ve been fairly disappointed with my experience. I had two crowns done and had to return to have both of them fixed. One of them had to be completely replaced. I’m appreciative that they fixed both, the second I requested a different provider. I selected the same day crowns so I wouldn’t have to return. My work schedule is busy, so I was trying to ensure I would only have one appointment for both. So, I paid more for the same day, yet, ended up with even more visits than if I went with the temporary ones. One of the visits I sat in the chair for over an hour with no contact with the provider, which then meant I had to be re-frozen. I would have appreciated an offer to refund a portion of my same day crowns - for the seven, plus, hours I spent in their office.

Thank you so much for all your help with my crowns and then adjusting the crowns the next day! I can finally eat again, I am so happy I cant put it to words. I appreciate everyone's help!

Dr. Ho and assistant Trent are great team and performed excellent service finalizing my implant install. I have had service such as cleaning and crown work completed here and all work finished here is top of the line in service. They are a great team and truely care about what they do here.

The most positive dental experience I've ever had! Kind, patient, attentive, and able to really get a lot done in one visit.

Dr Ho has to be the best DDS i have been to.i have been to a few. The work is phenomenally precise. And she is so nice to z but so efficient at the same time. I enjoy Felicia hygienist as well. This dentist is clearly money seeking. Tried sending me a bill for a service I did not receive. Overall, Dr. Ho was recommending all these extra services I did not ask for and kept trying to diagnose me with different things. Red flag after red flag- won't be back!

Very friendly staff and helpful with all areas of the procedure. I recommend these guys too anyone.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office and was extorted for money. Here's what happened; Set an appointment to get a filling and while I was at it, figured I'd get my teeth bleached. After paying for x-rays and buying a "membership" for discounts, I was told I had a gum infection and had to have a fairly expensive "teeth and gum" cleaning with a super duper, futuristic laser and an antibiotic mouth rinse. OK, you're the experts, you say its "dire", I'll bite (no pun intended). They also found half of a filling from a previous visit was missing. Ok, in other industries, that's considered warranty work, but sure, I'll pay again. After sitting in a chair for 4 hours, I was fitted for the broken filling and had a dentist scratch at my teeth for about 15 minutes with a metal pick. Um, that's the same procedure I've had done since I was 5. Where's the handy dandy laser that was so important, vital and dire (and expensive!!)...? Antibiotics rinse (charged X's 4 for that, for each "quadrant" of my mouth, but how do i rinse 1/4th of my mouth? Why charge me 4 times? You rinse your ENTIRE mouth every time, so why have me do it 4 times? Am i to only swish water in 1/4th of my mouth each time...? That literally makes no sense unless you conclude it to be what it is; a way to charge somebody 4 times for an action that can be done once) dude gave me a Dixie cup, which I would argue was water because no special instructions were given and it sure didn't taste like anything. So after 4 hours, and thousands of dollars for "dire treatments needed" I had my teeth scratched with a metal pick and fitted for a broken filling and told "all done with the "dire" teeth cleaning. Again, when they charged me for a "laser" I was told in no uncertain terms it was absolutely necessary-AND NEVER USED IT!!! Now it's After 7 pm, I literally sat in the room for hours by myself and they asked "how are you doing?" Not good, I was grossly overcharged for treatments that weren't performed, b

My experience was HORRIBLE! Another patient who needed 15K worth of dental work they said, "but the good news is, with your insurance it will only be " 4k not counting the 8k for implants, for all the teeth they wanted to pull. The dentist kept poking into my gums to make them bleed on purpose and didn't even care. I can't believe people rate them well!

This is the only Dentist my stubborn, picky husband will actually go see and Dr Erwin has been very good and helpful (and patient). Turned my husband who hadn’t seen a dentist in maybe 10 years to an every 6 month patient now :) thanks Dr Erwin!

My 31 year old son went here last year. They are harassing me for his bill saying I am responsible. He wants to pay his bill but they will not call him back. I am a retired senior and this is making my wife and I sick. Should I call the BBB? It's impossible to get this straightened out by phoning their billing staff.
