I have been seeing Dr. Metz for years. I love this practice and so appreciate the outstanding patient care they offer. I just wanted to share how awesome Vibrant Dentistry is!

Before Vibrant Dentistry I hated going to the dentist. It would give me so much anxiety just thinking about going. But since I’ve been going here for about 9 years I have been treated so well and no longer dread going to the dentist. I’m so grateful for their amazing service and dentistry skills.

This office will fraudulently charge your insurance for services not preformed. When you call them out on it they play games stating that it has been submitted to be fixed which is a flat out lie. They also state they they take your insurance and then when you arrive at the office tell you that they do not accept it but will give you a complementary x-ray. This is where they get you. Then they charge everything and then some other services that are not done without your knowledge. They refuse to own up to their lies and to tey and save face keep telling more. They talk bad about other offices and do everything they can to get you to pay for services that you do not need. If you are smart stay away from this office! Shady business practices! Let's see how you respond to this posting Vibrant Dentistry without violating HIPAA. Fraud is a serious matter and you have engaged in fraudulent practices which you have been called out on you.

Doctor Metz is a great dentist who does great work, I have zero complaints with any of the dental work (fillings) I got done. High quality dentistry. However, the way he speaks to his staff was very jarring and hearing this during my appointment made me very uncomfortable. Will probably not be coming in again.

Crystal, Trish, Dr. Metz and the rest of the staff are top notch. They are respectful, have your best interest in mind and they always use the best tech available in the industry.

My experience with Vibrant Dentistry is always positive. They always do their best to ensure you are comfortable during your visit and they are welcoming and friendly. I have nothing bad to say. I am glad I found Vibrant Dentistry when I did. Because of Dr. Metz and his staff I leave every appointment confident about my smile. :)

I have been going To Vibrant Dentistry for several years now. Doctor Metz is the best and really takes time to explain the treatments and why they are needed. Tara is the BEST dental assistant and always remembers from visit to visit what is going on in my life and asks for updates, very personable. I hated dentists and rarely went before a friend recommended them. What a nice change. I cant say that going to the dentist is my favorite thing to do now, but they make it very pleasurable. Plus each time I go, they have a new gadget. Technology there is impressive!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Metz for years. He's a straight shooter, kind, welcoming, works hard and makes sure his patients are comfortable and understand the process. His assistants, especially Trish and Crystal are amazing too. Beyond the great dentistry they do, they hae amazing customer service, they offer you pain meds, blankets, drinks, milkshakes after procedures, headphones, etc. We hadn't found a pediatric dentist we loved and trusted for our kids. A couple weeks ago, my 10 year old had a tooth crack (an old filling cracked on the side from a previous dentists work about 5 years ago), Dr. Metz' team was able to squeeze us in same day and get my son taken care of. When we left he said "this is the dentist I want to go to every time, he is so nice!" So grateful for Dr. Metz and his expertise and the knowledge and assistance of his team.

I am a 10-year patient of Vibrant Dentistry. They have been instrumental in helping me manage my gum disease and improve my overall dental health. The staff is outstanding: patient, knowledgeable, friendly. Grateful for their care and expertise.

I am almost 59 years old and went in to have my routine 6 month dental cleaning. After X-rays, digital pictures, probing, and oral cancer screening, I'm told that they can't clean my teeth without Novocain and I need to return at a later date. Seriously? I have NEVER needed that previously. Also, I'm told that I developed SEVEN cavities and gum disease since my last cleaning 6 months ago. Wrong. The most frustrating part is that they ignored my wishes and wanted to do things their way. I am the patient. I am paying for services. I came to get my teeth cleaned and they didn't provide the service. Unacceptable. They did enjoy providing me with a "treatment plan" that is beneficial to them. I only came to this office because they were in my insurance network. I am happy to return to my previous dentist and pay for cleanings out of pocket.

Wow I can't say enough. what a professional, friendly office manager, & highly skilled dental group I've had the joy of knowing in years! Tara gave me the best care and cleaning I've ever had; Dr. Metz was thorough, patient, friendly, and recommendations are perfect for my health. Vibrant Dentistry is highly praised by me.

I first saw Dr. Metz on an urgent basis after losing a 15-year-old crown on a business trip. The tooth underneath could not be saved and bad genetics combined with a years-long B- dental routine was taking its toll on my teeth. I’ve needed substantial work done to turn things around and the Vibrant Dentistry team has been fantastic the whole time. They are patient, non-judgmental and friendly. Most dentists have made me feel like I’m being water-boarded with every procedure and many have not given too much thought to patient comfort. This place is different. The procedures are the most comfortable I’ve ever had and Dr. Metz even calls to check up on me after the big stuff. Treating with Vibrant Dentistry has changed the way I view dental treatment, which is helping to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

I recently moved out here and searched for the best dentist I could find. Vibrant had amazing reviews and seemed to be the best out here. After getting dental work done there I can confirm I’d go nowhere else but here the staff is over the top kind and very communicative about the process. Highly recommend my reviews as others hold true this is the place to go.
