I was treated with so much kindness with all the staff and the Dentist was amazing. He completely showed compassion and gave me the best possible treatment for my pain. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely continue to come here.

Beware if you go in for a filling, one might not set correctly and doctors may try to correct this by having you come in 6+ more times over the course of 5 months to adjust your bite. When you finally have enough of that and schedule to have the filling redone completely, just know that you might be taking off of work and driving over to their office for nothing. You may be told that despite clearly requesting enough time be blocked for this procedure, the doctor just doesn’t have the time. Beware you might be asked to return for an 8th time, but if you’re lucky they’ll offer you to come back in an hour which should work well if you have no other responsibilities to get back to. Rest assured, you will be provided a refund if you ask nicely, no questions asked. If you try to explain where the experience went wrong for you, just remember that receptionists don’t get paid enough to hear you complain. Overall, decent doctors. Some have great bedside manners, others have no manners at all. 3 stars.

Super unorganized. They were drilling into a cavity and the drill popped off the hose while it was in my mouth. Thank god nothing serious occurred. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The dentist is very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor which I enjoyed. All the employees there seemed very happy and knowledgeable and experienced. I will definitely go back to them.

Dr Lyon and his staff certainly seem to have fun looking in people’s mouths. At the same time each person receives very personalized care and Dr. Lyon is a perfectionist when it comes to making sure your situation has the best of outcomes! I’m glad to be his patient!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! A friend referred me to Dr. Turke after I first went to another dental practice that tried to advise me to agree to unnecessary work at a ridiculous price. Dr Burke was aware of the work I was quoted and was very reasonable! Not to mention, he is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. His staff is amazing! The assistant Bella was so friendly and quick! Dental X-rays were a breeze! Suzanne, the hygienist was amazing! She had a light touch and many years of practice! This is my new dentist! I’m so relieved and happy to go here! The ladies at the front desk are very charming and friendly! The office is comfortable if you get claustrophobia, they don’t have tiny rooms. What a great practice, they truly care about their patients!

This visit will be mentioned as my most memorable experience ever. I mean that. I have never witnessed such great relief. I was in so much joy I left crying. The lord blessed me this day with a great dentist.

This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. Both times I have come here they have messed up my appointment objective and time. I know that certain procedures/issues take more time so I make sure I let the scheduler know on the phone what I am coming in for, or leave it in the note when I make the appointment. Both times they did not schedule enough time for my appointment and I was asked to come back. The dental hygienist’s are alright, usually rushing, but friendly. The dentist I have seen for my visits gives me crazy anxiety because I felt he was not confident in what he was doing, both times. He pricked my chin with his tool multiple times, sprayed water all over my face so it ran down my neck, and never asked how I was doing. Each time I have come here my service takes hours for them to get through.

My family and I came to Pleasant Dental Care for the first time today and we could not have been happier with our experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made all of us feel comfortable right away! We highly recommend this office!
