Love this dental office from Rhoda in the front, to the the doctor and the rest of his staff. They are all very friendly, caring and concerned about your well being. They are constantly asking if you are ok during a cleaning or a procedure. They have done a few crowns for me already, some even done the same day. My hygienist is the best! I highly recommend this office. Just look at all the 5 star reviews. There is always some you can't please so continue to keep up the great work for myself, my wife and all your other grateful customers! THANK YOU!

Very mean manager! She does not know how to treat the clients well. Checking on insurance benefits took 2 month. Nobody called me back, I did. Scheduled finally appointment for my kid to fix teeth, they already seen her at this office, didn’t do anything, just consultation, looked at previous x rays, tell her to use certain toothpaste and floss.. I asked Randha Patel (business manager) why doctor didn’t do anything? She told me it was miscommunication and it is just consultation for today. And this is not the first time for my kid in the clinic. They already see her, they did x-ray, they did the cleaning so they know what kind of issues she has. Nobody explain to me anything on the phone what kind of appointment it will be. If I knew that was a consultation. I would never waste my time for that!!! we came with the family from the different state. I never seen the dentists are working this way… ridiculous! Always when you have an appointment - job needs to be done!! When I mentioned to Radha that I was waiting for them to call me back about insurance benefits for 2 month, nobody called, then of cause I was upset about this appointment as well, she become really mean to me and she told me we can walk away and they don’t want us there.. How horribly rude. I never have this in my life! I hope it’s give you some ideas guys. What a waste of my time and mine and insurance money!!!

I don’t know anyone that actually enjoys going to the dentist but I ADORE the staff here. I appreciate the good energy and all the smiles that I can even hear when talking to them on the phone. Radha is so so amazing and efficient at letting me know what things are recommended and what it’ll cost BEFOREHAND which I can’t express enough how much I appreciate. I definitely don’t like going to the dentist but they for sure made it less painful for me and I can genuinely say, I don’t hate having to go to my appointments. Kim not only talks me through what I’m looking at with my X-rays and cleaning, she teaches me. She didn’t just tell me to go floss more (like most dental offices do) then dismiss me. I learned a lot and actually understand the “why” she makes her suggestions for a happy and healthier smile. Thank you Kim!! 10/10 would recommend Tender Care Family Dentistry!!

They have to be one of if not the Best Dentist in this area. Broke my 2 front crowns. The Front desk got me in that day , I was in a chair right as I walked in . Dentist and his assistant took care of getting the old off and me ready for temp crowns . Then I met Mahmoud he made temp crowns and before I left showed me what the new permanent would look like.
