I spoke to someone who answered the phone there, I do not know her name. She was very sarcastic! She had a very rude attitude! I was only asking questions regarding if they take certain types of insurance. She said someone would call me back, and of course they did not. Her tone alone is enough to have me try other denists! A Receptionist is supposed to be the first point of contact, to make a good impression, since they represent the company they are working for. Well she represented herself in a very negative way. I will look elsewhere.

They do very perfect crown and filling and cleaning . Very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go to them.

Dr Kostial and his staff are always welcoming, caring and professional. He has been my dentist for over 25 years, I highly recommend him!

Love this dentist and love Joni. Best cleaning ever. They sincerely care about you and your oral health. No gimmicks no sending you all over the place. A quality experience every time. We drive an hour to get to the office and that is no issue because the people and service cannot be duplicated.

Shocked at the bad reviews from people. I worked here and Dr. Kostial is very caring and very concerned about his patients. If you had a bad experience here then you must be a drama queen and did not get all the special attention that you absolutely need no matter where you go.

I've been going to Dr. Kostial for 40 years. Have never had a bad experience. He stays up to date on all the latest advances in dentistry. I've had multiple crowns, fillings and even two root canals. I've seen 6-8 dental hygienists during that time. They have all been good, especially the current one and her predecessor. I don't know where the negative reviews come from. I highly recommend Dr. Kostial.

If I would give them no stars if I could. They always said I (and others in my family) had multiple cavities, at every check up. One time he numbed my mouth when he was giving me a filling and then went on his lunch break, meaning he had to re-numb the area and the whole process took HOURS longer than it should have. Should have sued them for mal-practice, SUCH a lack of professionalism. Have since moved to a new dentist, much happier and lo and behold --- no one in my family has had a SINGLE cavity since we have made the switch!!!!!!!! Shocking.

Super easy scheduling experience. The front desk has even taken time out of their day to help me understand my insurance options during my works open enrollment. I've been seeing Dr. Kostial for almost 5 years now. I'm in twice a year for cleanings and only once have I needed a filling. It was my first cavity ever, and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable.

Absolutely horrible experience. The lady at the front desk consistently interrupted me, rolled her eyes, and berated me but then did not run my insurance until after the appointment and neglected to tell me that they were out of network. They judged me for not being able to come to the dentist in a while and having multiple cavities due to being unable to walk from an unexpected car accident earlier in the year, and insisted i was a liar when I stated that sugar in my coffee was not the reason for my cavities (as i do not put sugar in my coffee and only drink water, but of course I was wrong) I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone. The only good thing about this place was the in depth cleaning that the hygienist Jeanie did on my teeth while there, she took her time and did everything else correctly and in depth and that is the one thing that allowed me to give this place even one star.

Gave me dentures. Then called me a liar because they messed up and bent. I haven't been able to eat anything because they slide around. My tooth broke because of thw sliding. Now they fall out all the time. He ruined my mouth. And i blame him for all of it

One of the best dental experiences ever. I have neglected my teeth for far too long. They don't judge you, they work with you, make you feel comfortable and confident. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful office. Ease in scheduling is a PLUS!

Dr. Kostial has been my dentist for 20 + years. He maintains an exceptional depth of knowledge and technical skills along with a thoughtful and reasonable approach to his treatment recommendations. He is both kind and gentle with genuine warmth and integrity in his character. His entire team is friendly, caring and professional. Over the years, I have referred over 25 people to him. They are ALL still loyal patients . To put it simply.....He IS the perfect dentist!

I am 64 years old and when I was 25, my dentist told me that my teeth were all going to fall out in a few years and I needed implants. (He specialized in implants). I was devastated and I was about to move out of state, so I figured I'd deal with it when I arrived at my new location. When I settled into my new home in AZ, I went to Dr. Kostial and he said there was nothing wrong with my teeth. Over the years, his office manager would set up my next cleaning appointment. I am so grateful that those appointments were made for me because I was a busy Mom and Teacher and generally didn't think about my needs. Now that I am 64, every one of my friends has either false teeth, partials, implants, etc. My teeth are pristine and I have all of them! Dr. Kostial is a gentle, caring Dentist and his staff is very professional. I attribute the fact that my teeth are in great shape to them. I highly recommend Dr. Kostial.
