Go somewhere else!! They ignore all voicemails and lie about the healthcare coverage they accept. Plus, the music in the waiting room is dreadful, and only about half of the staff you talk to are interested in helping you at all. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have their teeth cleaned here.

This is the only dentist I am not afraid to go to. The whole team is fabulous. Dr. Sadre is a master of giving injections in the mouth with minimal pain. Believe me, my pain tolerance is very low. I was shocked when I was here the last time and I hardly felt the usually very painful injection on the back side of the tooth and to the roof of my mouth to dull the nerve. My experience with dentists has been very bad and painful. I was so blessed to find Dr. Sadre. She is compassionate and really cares to give her patients a good experience at the dentist. And also gentlemen, she's good eye candy.

What I find the very most disturbing today about professionals is there inability to give as much respect to their clients as the client is expected to give them. Especially when the client has given them respect which is not returned. Very, very serious discontent with this business and sent an email to Dr. Sadre. Staff confirmed that it was received. No response whatsoever and it has now been 2 weeks. My complaint was extremely valid I will give the details later. I received an email from Dr. Sadre basically firing me as a patient. There was no mention of the serious issues I had with how the process went down and what failings were made by the office. There was no responsibility taken, no apologies, nothing but the ending of our professional relationship. May I add that on top of the poor communication that led to me getting a bridge instead of an implant, the front desk woman, Joy, Literally lied to me about getting a $200 gift card if I agreed to do the services today(this was as I was asking her about details on the estimate she handed me as I was in the dental chair). I repeated what she said and asked her to clarify and she did clarify that what was left over after insurance paid could be applied to that $200 gift card. Then I get a bill for about $200 after I had paid it all at the door. She then says the gift certificate is only for if you do not have insurance. Just the opposite she said when I was deciding whether to do the services that day in the chair, or pause and check other prices. She has been working there sometime and knew exactly what and how she was saying to me in that chair. It was a lie to just get me to say okay lets do this now. Pretty twisted behavior for what looked like a very nice dental office with like FIVE STARS!!!!
