The staff is very friendly and offered helpful advice for financial assistance and long term care. Kelsie is the best dental hygienist that I have ever encountered. I was very impressed with her gentle, patient and sweet demeanor.

Kindness, patience and respect. That’s what we were shown, this is my second visit and the reason for my return. To say I have “anxiety” going to the dentist is an understatement. It took 6 months for me to muster enough courage to come back for a full exam and create a treatment plan to get me back to where I should be. I appreciate the patience and understanding Maribel (sorry if I spelled incorrectly) had shown while my husband comforted me mid treatment. I appreciate the education Dr. Cockerel provided to support why he was recommending what he was to improve my health. His continued updates and communication with my husband regarding my progress and treatment means more to me than words can express. Education, compassion and understanding is what will keep me coming back to this dental practice, which has fallen short at so many others. Thank you.

It’s been some months since came here but I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Hays. I was so worried because thought it would be harsh since needed a specialist but nope. Went very smooth and he made it easy and comforting. Super sweet staff as well. Was in and out. Hopefully I don’t need a specialist again but if I do this is where I’ll go!

Not impressed with this office at all and am leaving after over 8 years with the practice. I have major dental issues and the condescending tone with which I have been treated is terrible. A crown they gave me has failed after 6 years and they aren't offering any "deal" on a new one. It took 6 years and some of their work has been good (mostly the oral surgeon who left) but I have been very disappointed with the level of respect, compassion and bedside manner in this practice.

They got me in for an emergency visit right away as a new patient. The dentist was thorough and they got me scheduled ASAP for necessary oral surgery.

I always have a great experience. The assistants are great and Dr Cockrell is always fantastic. This is coming from a person who does not like going to the dentist. Lol

Dr. Cockrell and all of the staff were so nice. I highly recommend this dental office.

I was charged for 3D imaging but it never got done because the computer was malfunctioning.

I’ve been a client with Norterra Dental for over 10 years with another Dentist. So, it gives me no pleasure in filing a complaint against Dr.Cockrell. To start, I had a crown ordered from this office and upon waiting several weeks I have not received a call back after making several attempts by calling in and being forgotten about. Finally, after several attempts of calling in, I was told that my crown just arrived and so I scheduled my appointment. The appointment set for me was on my winter break from school and unfortunately I was told it needed to be postponed to another date due to a flooding incident. Unfortunately, while waiting to find another day that still worked with my school schedule which wasn’t until several weeks later, I finally made it back. Upon visiting, Dr. Cockrell told me that I might need a new crown because over time my teeth shifted, and was never explained to me from the beginning upon my first temp. crown. I now have the permanent crown, but it had to be manipulated and shaved down on multiple visits just to make the irritation stop. After, consulting Dr. Cockrell on my last visit he told me in his own words, “I could care less about your crown, it can stay on a shelf and collect dust for all I care and it isn’t my job to notify you when it’s ready.” I was very offended by his unprofessionalism and misconduct. In the end, I was taken advantage of, didn’t receive the services that I paid for. The crown is shaved down to a nub, and my bite is still uneven. After, Dr. Cockrell got upset at me from the last visit, after I called him out on telling me before that the office never closed down after the water damage and I could of had my original appointment, he got very angry and said, “don’t blame me if your crown is an issue, it’s my fault and I need to take accountability for myself.” This is very unacceptable and the services rendered are not done professionally and I’m being brushed off by telling me my crown is fine.

Dominique and the front office as well as Dr. Crockrell are outstanding to work with. I came in not realizing my insurance had lapsed. They worked with me to make it possible through financing and their care to where I could get the dental work done I needed with a plan that worked with my budget. I can’t thank this office enough for their patient care model.

Dr. Cockrell is Friendly, not sure how good his work is. Have had multiple issues since with everything he did. his office manager and assistant office managers are terrible. I have reached out to both via email and phone multiple times because they overcharged me according to my insurance by about $800. I’ve asked repeatedly for a detailed statement of my account but have received not one thing other then a phone call from their third party billing office wanting payment. So frustrating to be overcharged when you are paying thousands of dollars for dental work and they can’t take the time needed to get billing straightened out when it was their error in the first place.

Dr. Mohan is the BEST! Big shoutout and thank you to her whole team for always providing professional care that goes above and beyond!

Dr Cockrell helped me with an extremely complicated smile makeover involving several implants and placing crowns on every tooth in my mouth. He did a great job creating a plan to get steps done in the correct order to create a beautiful outcome with teeth that are easier to clean and feel better. He is patient, caring, and really listens to his patients.

Dr. Cockrell was amazing and has helped me so much in the last 2 weeks! Dominique at the front office was awesome as always! Thank you guys so much! I’ll definitely be back in 6 months!
