I happen to do a ‘drive by schedule’ for a routine cleaning and checkup since I am new to this area in North Phoenix. First of all, the professional relationship among staff is genuine and outstanding. Listening to the the doctor speak so kindly to staff to meet my every need warmed my heart! This is where I chose to park myself! My routine appointment was a well performed cleaning and, a thorough examination which led to a challenging root canal, ongoing education, and top choice of dental material for my personal needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Don’t ignore the warning signs, explore this practice, you deserve not just a beautiful smile, but a healthy one….pain free! Kudos for Doctor Gidwani on 19 th Ave and W Union Hills Dr!

Just gotta Luv a Dentist with a Sense of Humor, especially with his hands in your mouth. Dr. Nick keeps your mind off with what is going on in your mouth! Along with Great Music playing!!! But, playing the Food Channel (when you are told, You will not be able to EAT for awhile as you are all numbed up)🫢😬🤣 The Staff is Fantabulous! Highly recommend 👌🏼👍🏼✌🏼Thank you for everything 🤗

On my first visit while getting checked in I had another patient in the waiting room tell me how great this place is. And I agree, it's a hidden gem. I was treated with care and consideration by all of the staff members and the work itself was great. I liked that they put a massager on my cheek to distract from getting a shot in the gums, those can be painful and it made that part a breeze. My previois dentist office wanted to do work that was more than $1000 outside my price range and wouldn't even fill in small cavities until i agreed to do the big ticket items on the treatment plan. This kept me from coming back to a dentist for 18 months. I was SO happy when I came here and learned I could get it done without breaking the bank.

Dr. Gidwani ,Nunu and his staff is the nicest, friendliest and most professional dentist I have been to. They worked 100% in my budget and accomplished more than could have imagined. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reasonable professional friendly dentist .

I have NEVER had such an easy, comfortable and pleasant experience at a dentists office. The doctor was kind and funny too. His work was quick, painless and precise. I appreciated the doctor and his staff SO MUCH......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Dr. Gidwani is such a great dentist! He has helped me so much. Initially i went for an implant referral and he made the process so easy. One of my fillings chipped and he was able to quickly polish it. He tells you what you need and lets you decide on how you want to do it not pushy and very friendly and accommodating!

I've known Dr. Nick and Dr. Chitra Gidwani for many years. I consider them friends. They are really good people and great dentists. Their staff is always warm and friendly. There's never any high pressured sales and I've never been disappointed with my experience there. Dr. Nick is also involved in the community as an instructor and an author. He has donated his time and gone overseas to take care of our troops' dental health in Afghanistan. He's a great guy. I give Northside Family Dental Care 5 stars for being highly qualified dental professionals and good people.

This place is good for one visit and one visit only. After that they come up with all of these exorbitant charges that didn’t exist the last time you were there. I paid for the same dental work twice and now that it has failed again for the FOURTH TIME!!!! I have already swallowed the cap so I was told it would be another $700 to do it again. That’s after the last $1200 Bill and the $2000 prior to that. That being said, I still have one root canal between two teeth that needs to be done and 2 other cavities. The pain leaves me crying some nights and I can’t eat the food i used to enjoy. At this point I’m much more likely to pull the pliers out of the toolbox and just get it over with. I’m not sure what else to do

Yesterday I had an appointment. I wasn’t sure what was wrong I thought I need a filling. It turned out it was my wisdom tooth that has been hurting so bad and needed to come out. I was so scared but Dr. Gidwani and his assistant were so nice to me and patient with me. He took the time to talk to me and calm me down and making sure I’m ok. He pulled out my tooth with no pain at all. He is the nicest and best dentist I have ever been to. Thank you so much Dr. Gidwani for your kindness. I will definitely be back.

I recently went to Northside Family Dental Care as I needed a tooth pulled. The dentist was amazing along with the staff. It was painless and very affordable. They definitely know their profession well and they have a patient for life. If you need a great dentist I highly recommend Northside Family Dental Care.

If I could give this place zero stars I would on their website it mentions pay as you go plans and sliding scale payment I asked about both of these options and was told they both were unavailable while my husband is in pain with a dental emergency the man who I spoke to was very unhelpful

Very nice people, but they do very bad work, I have seen two other dentist recently that have both said 4 of my crowns need to be cut off because they were not seated properly, a large portion of the work I have paid for has to be redone and paid for again.

The staff is so pleasant and the dentist always takes care of me, The biggest thing to me is the dentist doesn’t hurt me and always takes care of the issue right away with no problems afterwards. 😊🙏
