TN Dentistry-Family, Special Needs, and Hospital Denstistry

They are irresponsible, there are changes and they do not notify them, they leave with different things at the time of arrival. Two things happened to the first that they changed doctors, the second is that they had already charged the insurance company for the service that they never did and they wanted to charge me again.

I love Dr. Palmer and his team! My smile and teeth 🪥 are the most healthy they've been in quite some time.

Front desk personnel is rude, my son was scheduled for dental work at 11 am; at 1:00pm I asked if it was going to take any longer since my Autistic son was getting restless and hungry since he hadn’t eaten anything since the night before, one of the staff members told me it was going to be 15 more minutes, at 1:15 she said really rudely it was going to take other 15 min my son which apart of being diagnosed with autism as severe anxiety and mental health problems he was extremely agitated and he requested the front desk to reschedule after waiting for almost 2 hrs now; the girl at the front desk responded to say: “mom is going to take 15 more minutes so either you wait or reschedule do you want to reschedule” My answer was: you said 15 min 15 minutes ago she responded in a really rude tone of voice “I’m sorry you have to wait but we are taking care of our other patient right now” our appointment was moved from 11 to 12 because the person before us decided to go with a procedure that wasn’t covered by their insurance, and while we got in the office she signed papers accepting to pay out of pocket for this procedure, so I guess my autistic son diagnosed SMI that hasn’t eaten since the day before at 7pm isn’t as important as this other patient because we aren’t paying out of pocket. Is 3:44 pm now my son’s procedure is done, and after management read the above review she said he still needs crowns I’m giving you a referral to a different place because of your bad experience today, I guess she got offended I didn’t notice right away she’s the manager and not just the front desk lady

Wanted more information that I had Told her the name of the Dr. She said call me back with that info. Told her I will go to pch where he is located for dental work she said ok 3 to 4 mos wait. With an attitude.

Takes 6months just to get a scheduled surgery for special needs.

This office is amazing! The doctors and support team is incredible. They have a lot of knowledge and know what they are doing. If you are looking for a new office this is the place.

They have an Amazing staff , My sister will not open her mouth for anyone to put there hand in , usually has to be put out . not today they were great and have no idea how happy they have made Kim's family , !!!! Don't hesitate with your special needs family member with the dentist again !

We love Dr Jackson. He is amazing and truly talented in what he does. We know we are in good hands and that he cares about us. They have same day crowns as well which is very convenient. I prefer having everything done in one visit rather than returning again. Thank you Dr Jackson

Dr. No is absolutely wonderful with her patients and their family members. She does such an incredible job from the very young to the oldest person. What is there not to love about her. She has a great group of ladies working with her as. ❤

I love DR NGO! I’ve been going to her since I was a lil girl , she is so sweet, caring and professional she will not leave you un -satisfied she makes you feel very comfortable with everything she does ! Over the years that I’ve gone here her assistants are great as well, Dr. NGO also lets me put the scussion and water tube in my mouth as needed whiles she’s cleaning my teeth ! She’s amazing and very patient .
