Probably a very good dentist,but when it somes to repairing mini implants,,their,lab is horrible. Mine broke after 20 plus years. I was promised then new ones puld be exactly the same. So far from it its immeasurable. I bite my tongue, they make my mouth sore, so it's difficult to eat and the aesthetics are horrible. Have completely changed the look and shape of my mouth. When I tried to vet them to fix the problem he let me know how displeased he was in no uncertain terms and they turned out no better. Save your money and find a good denturist in Phoenix.

I have been a patient at Advanced Dental Center for years, and very pleased with the practice all the way around. However, I was unpleasantly surprised when I went in for my routine cleaning and check up, and found that ALL of Dr Stouts staff were gone. The administration, assistants and my favorite hygienist. Which raised a red flag. I am a cash paying patient, and felt my cleaning wasn’t as thorough as it should have been for the money I paid. Also, Dr Edwards recommended a lot of new treatment. I am consistent with my visits and have never been given such an extensive treatment plan. Over all, I felt this office is now more about money than quality patient care. I will be finding a new dentist!

I was not impressed with the customer service, both on the phone and in person. I scheduled for a new patient exam and requested a cleaning the same day. When my exam was over, I was taken to check out so I questioned about my cleaning, and they said there wasn't a spot available and that i would have to reschedule for that. I was disappointed with the communication skills and the friendliness of the front office. They seemed to be more engaged in personal conversation than me, the patient. I may not return.

Absolutely the very best dental care I have ever gotten!! I was very apprehensive about getting dentures but I was put at ease by Dr. Stout and his staff. Dr. Stout and his staff explained to me and my wife the process and procedures that were required and after procedure care. No pain what so ever during the procedure. The dentures fit and look great!!! I now can bite into an apple and I have eaten corn on the cob with my dentures!! Great staff, I would give a star rating of 6+ if I could.
