Dr Lambertus is wonderful. So caring and kind. She put me on a dental plan right away and shes getting things done! Wendy is awesome and really knowledgeable and so sweet. The whole staff have been very helpful and nice, always smiling and cheery. My appointments have always been right on time. I am so happy I found this team. My smile is looking better all the time. Has anybody ever noticed the amount of turnover of employees this office has? Every other day, there is a new face. She doesn't hire locals, only new transplants. Hoping to catch them before word of mouth hits their ears.

I had a bit of a dental emergency yesterday and gave this office a call, in hopes they could get me in. They had an appointment for this morning and got me in right away, even as a new patient. From the moment I walked in the door I was at ease. April is so sweet and made me feel right at home, I was comfortable my entire visit and felt like I was in great hands. Thank you so much!

The slogan "We Treat You Like Family" is perhaps one of the more overused and hollow phrases that are thrown at the general public by businesses across the country, yet most of the time, when it is put to the test, that phrase is hardly true. While it is good business and and even better framework to build a set of core values from, I had not before truly experienced the feeling of being "part of the family" when I went to any medical office of any kind. That is I never experienced it until I came here-- The interesting thing about all this is that the slogan "we treat you like family" is not slapped on their window-- it isn't even spoken. Rather, it is just the cordial, appreciative and welcoming nature that is provided with every visit that establishes the fulfillment of those words. Actions speak louder than words and positive work environment translates to better service. This team is well-established and they work famously together. On top of all this, they really know their stuff. On my first visit, I was provided with a comprehensive breakdown of my treatment plan and they contacted my insurance for me to refine their best estimate out of pocket. Upon my second visit, I walked out the same day with a perfectly fit crown and on my third visit I got the best cleaning that I can remember ever walking away from. Every member of this team shines in their role and they work together better than I have ever witnessed a team functioning within a medical office of any kind. I highly recommend Frontier Village Dental. They walk the walk. Thank you ladies so very much for being precisely who you are.

We are visiting Prescott from Phoenix for the summer. My husband lost a bridge. We called Frontier Village Dental Care to see if we could get an appointment to have it cemented back in. Our experience with Frontier Village Dental Care was fantastic from the first phone call to the end of our visit. Martina was so sweet and helpful in getting us an appointment. Wendy was very was very caring and helpful preparing him for the dentist. Dr. Lambertus could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend Frontier Village Dental Care for emergency and/or regular dentistry needs.

Had to have my implant filled the old cover filling had fallen out...it was done very quickly and professionally. Everything was explained as it was done. I really liked the experience.

I chose this office because I wanted a female staff and doctor. I have complex PTSD from abuse. Dr. Jane Lambertson is phenomenal, as are the rest of her staff. No dental shaming (I had not been to the dentist for many years due to fear.) I shared my coping techniques and she was gentle, professional, moved quickly and did a fantastic job each visit. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you are scared or embarrassed because it’s been awhile, they will be just happy to see you and help you on the road to good dental health.

The office provides you with pleasant personal, efficent, clean, prompt service. I would certainly recommend it.

This is my first time @ Frontier Village Dental. It's been about 11 years since I left a dentist office feeling my teeth really got a good cleaning -😁 I'm impressed! I received one of the most thorough exams and had a minor cavity filled - all painless. These folks are all professional, personable, friendly, caring, and happy. They are also very cautious, cognizant and pro-active about avoiding covid 19. I have finally found my full time full service dental folks.

This was my first visit to Frontier Village Dental. I was very pleased with them. I felt like they really care about their patients and make you feel very comfortable. I had a cleaning, and was very happy to feel like I got a thorough cleaning and checkup. I'm so glad to find a dentist and team that I look forward to visiting again.

Been a patient at this clinic since 2008. You wont find a more caring and efficient practice any where. They are really there for you and all your dental needs and will not try to upsell anything.
