Gentle Dental Prescott

I went to Gentle Dental and saw Dr. Wachter after my wife said she was happy with the service she got. She was not wrong and I can not recommend Dr. Wachter high enough. Straight shooter and lays everything out without a lot of extra nonsense.

I went to this dentist for a teeth cleaning after a change in insurance. I was clear I was going to go to another dentist for implants, which aren't covered by insurance anyway. Lo and behold, suddenly they were no longer willing to clean my teeth until after I had my implants (which they knew I could not afford for several months), so basically sent me away. They not only lost me as a customer, they've lost my husband's business too. I am horribly disappointed.

This business was a great place when they had the other dentist there but they have a new dentist that scares me because he isn't confident about his ability to do good safety procedures I am still in horrible pain from my broken tooth because of the place I do not recommend this licarion

I was referred to Gentle Dental by a coworker and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. My previous experience with dentists in town has been horrible so much so that I was walking around with broken crowns from fear of more bad dental work. Everyone at Gentle Dental treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend going here.

Awful experience, the x-ray tech was rude, I was gagging and having trouble with the X-Ray and the office manager told me to just go somewhere else 🤷🏻‍♂️ extremely unprofessional. Especially if you have anxiety surrounding the dentist, I would just avoid this place.

This office has gone above and beyond for me so many times! All of the staff are incredible and kind and the Doctor is so sweet and genuinely cares about your comfort and care. They first saw me for an emergency appointment and were able to get me in so fast and made sure I knew all of my options, prices, and that I was comfortable. Then, there was a short window where I had duel coverage, but it was only for a couple weeks. They worked past closing and did so much admin work to make sure I got all the work I needed done in that time so that I would pay as little out of pocket as possible! I cannot say enough good things about this office. I will be recommending everyone I know here. Thank you to everyone at Gentle Dental!!!!

Terrible experience. Do not recommend for any emergency services. Everyone in the office has terrible customer service skills.

The staff are awesome, friendly and competent. Every staff tells every information you need to know. So far, me and my son had a really good experience going there two times already.

Had a great service, the staff was courteous I had to wait a little bit because there was a staffing issue but that could be overlooked based on the great quality service that I received at a great price.

Staff is awesome BUT the BILLING DEPT is horrible. Still showing over $2 k on my bill on a warranty replacement.

Everyone at Gentle Dental is great- from Jess at the front desk to all the hygienists and dentists in the back. They're professional and caring, really take the time to assess your needs and explain them to you, and are really good at making you feel comfortable if you're nervous. I'd recommend them to anyone.
