This is the first review I’ve written but felt it was important for others to be alerted. Dr. Thompson doesn’t stand by his work. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and when this procedure took place a healthy tooth next to it was jolted due to his hand slipping. Not only did I feel the impact, but I also heard Dr Thompson state “I guess I didn’t have as good of a grip as I thought”. Two days later I contacted the office to inform them this same healthy molar is now chipped and requires attention. I went back to see Dr Thompson and he confirmed there was a chip on the side of the molar (in line with and adjacent to the wisdom tooth he extracted) that will now require a crown. When I asked him to cover the cost of this he said that he wasn’t responsible for this and that he never said his hand slipped. Dr Thompson went on to say “we have a real problem here if you don’t believe me - it’s a separate incident and I won’t be covering it“. It was clear he wasn’t going to stand behind his work so I went to see another dentist - 2 trips later, $500 out of my pocket and a once healthy tooth for over 50 years now with crown. On top of everything else, when this was shared with my insurance company, they filed a claim against Dr Thompson‘s office for charging his patients more than twice the normal rate.

Just want to express my appreciation in this outstanding business. The staff is top notch, the care and kindness to my daughter really gave her confidence in dentist again. (Age 7 and was so scared from previous experiences with dentists). Thank you all and see you soon!! God bless.

Never have I had the issues anywhere else that I have had there. Dr. German couldn't isolate pain I have had in my mouth for months. He has not taken my pain seriously because he can't find it. Never had a dentist that couldn't find the source. He put a cap on the other side. 3 months later nothing but pain and sensitivity from the beginning of the procedure. I went in to the office for him to look at it and after an hour of waiting to see if the bite was off, the assistant kept relaying messages to me from Dr. German, and he told her he didn't think my bite was off and that the pain could take 6 months to resolve! I was in the dental chair and he never even came over to see me and check for himself. I have had a cap before...within a couple days, no problem. Another time my bite was off due to a cavity he filled. I kept having a lot of pain in it and when I finally got in for something else, (because you have to wait a month each time you see him) I told him about it and he said that the cavity he filled, the bite was off and now I have a cracked tooth. Tells me this nonchalantly like it was no big deal! DONE! Recently went to a new dentist. In fact, my bite was severely off with the cap that was placed over my tooth but the pain has still not subsided. And the new dentist found where the pain stemming on the other side, which was another tooth he 'worked' on. I did not name names to the other dentist but they told me my previous dentist was lazy! You've been forewarned.

I have been going to Prescott Dentistry for many years and I can't say enough good things about them! When you walk in the office, you are greeted by attentive, wonderful people right away. The first time I went, I saw Dr. Thompson who is so kind and wonderful. I didn't think there could be anyone as nice and then I met Dr. German and he was just as wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. He always spends all the time needed for questions and explanations about what his is doing and it is so comforting! He makes you feel like you are his only patient! When I got a serious health diagnosis a couple of years ago and since I am very holistic myself, I wanted a holistic dentist which is why I chose Prescott Dentistry. Dr. German always recommends the natural way to treat things when possible, which I really appreciate as I have been dealing with Periodontal disease which Dr. German shared with me could contribute to my health issue. Because of this, I am having 4 deep cleanings which I was nervous about. But, no worries, the Dental Hygentist, Carrie is so amazing and gentle and kind. I just love her too! And it is working as my mouth is feeling so much better! I thought I had tooth problems that were painful but come to find out, it was my gums causing the pain and problems and it is getting so much better now. If you want to feel special, go to Prescott Dentistry! The atmosphere is so calm and EVERYONE is soooo amazing!. You will love them too!

Dr. Thompson and staff are excellent. I needed to replace six upper front cracked and chipped teeth. Nathan Thompson has access to a “dental artist” who made perfect replacements and I am no longer reticent to smile. Since I am 71 years old, Dr. Thompson even offered to guarantee my new teeth for life!

DR. German and his staff were kind, gentle and very thorough. It was an overall positive experience. I will be bringing the rest of my family.

Prescott Dentistry does their best to help patients feel comfortable. All employees are kind and respectful. They make sure to explain all the options for fixing my teeth, then allowed me to make the decision on what I wanted done.

I really researched for a good dentist to satisfy my dental needs when I first arrived in Prescott. Dr. German has both dental expertise and also cares for the general health of the patient. He is gentle and caring and offers advise with no pressure. His staff are all efficient and pleasant. Precautions are taken for Covid at this time and all patients are made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Prescott Dentistry

Very friendly staff and efficient dental care. It is nice to be worked on by people who have a keen sense of humor. This is true of the dental assistants, Dr Nathan Thompson, and even the office staff who are happy to collect my money as I leave. I always leave with the memory of a nice time unlike other dentists I've know. I'm 73 and have spent a lot of time in dentist's chairs but Prescott Dentistry is the most pleasant experience I've ever had.

The group is outstanding as far as I am concerned. Not just for myself and my husband, but I was having trouble with my 8 year old. I was told by 2 other children dentists that he needed a baby root canal. We had a very traumatic experience trying to sedate him at another dentist and finally just left. THANK GOD, because I took him to Dr.German and we were able to fill his tooth with a coloidal silver compound. The treatment was not painful, there was no sedation and he has no pain anymore. He has been back a number of times and I can now take him to get his teeth cleaned on a regular basis because he is not afraid of them. I am so Thankful they are here. Go see them, you will be so happy you did!!!

30 years ago I had a root canal done. One day while eating a sandwich the tooth broke off leaving the root. I found Dr. Thompson through Google Maps and read the reviews and made the appointment. From the beginning I felt as though they were totally empathetic about my situation. I needed an extraction and a quality false tooth on a medium sized budget. The staff presented me with all the available options, allowing ME to decide, without making me feel pressured to spend more then I had hoped too. I was pleasantly surprised with the appliance that was created. It looks great. I was slightly disappointed by the color match of the false tooth because it was brighter than my coffee stained teeth 😄 but all in all I am very satisfied. Besides, a couple of americanos will make my new tooth blend right in. 😊

I love this place! I saw two doctors and worked with several of the assistants and everyone was equally awesome. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the kindness, professionalism, skill, and care they provided. From making sure you are comfortable to making you laugh with their stories and how they get along with each other - getting to be their patient was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Thank you, so sincerely! You won't find a kinder group of people anywhere. :-)

I am so glad that I found Prescott Dentistry...Dr Montes is a wonderful dentist..He is kind and caring and Wants the best for you. Dr. Thompson is a kind and caring man also. And I am so glad they work more with the holistic medicines and Procedures.. Everyone at the office has been kind and caring. All of the assistants Are very helpful. I have No saliva in my mouth and it can be very difficult at times. And the Dentist’s are doing their best to keep my mouth in great shape.....

Dr Thomson is really thoughtful in explaining everything to in plain English. And doesn't do any unnecessary work. Amanda my hygienist is also wonderful. I highly recommend Prescott Dentistry to anyone.
