Dr. Gifford was a great dentist. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that the Dr. was thorough and skilled. He didn’t recommend any unnecessary treatments which was nice because a lot of dentist offices do that. He worked my husband and I in for appointments and was very professional. The hygienist is also very skilled and capable!

My husband and I came to this lovely dental office for the advertised first exam discount. We both highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. The receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist were all genuinely friendly, informative and courteous. My husband usually feels anxious at the dentist but here he was calm and felt like he was being very well taken care of. You can tell all their staff loves working there and the whole atmosphere is overall very positive. Thank you!

A baby changing table in the restroom would have been helpful so I didn’t have to change my infant on the title floor 😢

Absolutely love this dentist. Just moved here and needed a tooth pulled. Got me in immediately and was great with costs as I had no insurance yet. Super friendly and compassionate, and educational and not judge mental. Will be going back for all my dentist appointments. Also they take children!!!!!

The entire staff at Flossed goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are flexible with scheduling and very helpful. Dr. Gifford has a calm and comical demeanor that really eases even the most nervous dental patient. I also loved my hygienist, Regina— so personable and friendly! I am thrilled this practice is in my neighborhood, but would gladly drive to such a fantastic establishment!

Came in yesterday for 2 extractions one was broken and had been bothering me for years and honestly was worried to get it pulled but less than 45 minutes later I was walking out worry-free. And already back at work! Dentist and staff were amazing, props to the dental assistant, I believe his name was chandler. Very personable and friendly. Wonderful experience thanks again!

The Dr. is amazing however, the office manager is another store. I have really bad anxiety came in for a cleaning and possible 2 cavity filling. The cleaning Was great! He really got it all. However my anxiety has reached its limit and I needed to go. The office manager brought me into the office where she proceed to go over the treatment plan and the referral for me to use from my husband ($50) she then proceed to state how it was an inconvenience that I didn’t get the cavity fixed and how the time was scheduled out For me and she could have had other patients come in. I was shocked by this, and let it go. Now 3 months later I’m getting my braces off and would like a cleaning and my cavities fixed. My husband called and got the treatment information again for me and the information WAS provided to my HUSBAND no issues. I called back cause they amount didn’t sound right. When I called i was told I didn’t have a referral on file. I know my insurance covers 4 cleaning a year @ 100%. So the referral was not used in June. So I had my husband call back to see what happen. And the front office lady would refuse to speak to my Husband, I got on the line and gave them Permission to speak with him. She still would not speak to my husband. Mind you yesterday I received a Confirmation text message where I asked about how much my treatment was and I got a response I have the message see attached. No one confirmed my identity. They want to act like they know HIPPA but you want to pull that? Never have I ever experience such a rude office manager in my life. I will never return as long as she is working there. Update: Danielle called me, even Tho I asked to speak to the dentist. Not how you speak to some Danielle at all. I gave verbal confirmation for you to speak to my husband and written. DONT GO HERE. Although do is patronize you when they call you back then take accountability.

Made appt for $59 new clients xrays and cleaning. After xrays tech had Dr talk to me. He suggested I have 2 visits to clean top teeth then bottom. Then escorted to another woman to set up appts and after discount I would be billed $1,000. WHAT? I declined. Bait and switch!

Dr. Gifford is great. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. Danielle, the office manager was so nice and welcoming. She went over and explained everything to me, I was so thankful. Dr Gifford made sure I was comfortable and out of pain during my entire visit, while Michael made sure there was no delay and Dr. Gifford had everything needed for our visit. I would recommend Flossed Family Dentistry to all my friends and family. Hands down the best! Thank you Dr. Gifford, Danielle and Michael, I truly appreciate each and everyone of you. Thanks again!

My experience at Flossed Family Dentistry was so awesome office manager Danielle is so professional and her knowledge is second to none she let me know how things were going to be and also took care of my future appointments and processed my paperwork she is so awesome. Dr.Ray did a excellent job he let me know also how things were going to be conducted and made sure you understood before moving forward and made sure you were comfortable. FFD is the best I will always go there for my dental appointments and be very grate to do so.

The office is so amazing. I had an abscess tooth the week of thanksgiving. I went in on Monday to have it fixed. Unfortunately, the infection was pretty bad and I was still in a lot of pain Tuesday. The dentist came in after hours Tuesday night and took a look. We decided to try and let the antibiotics do there thing a little longer. He told me he’d come in on thanksgiving to pull it, if I needed. That way I could enjoy thanksgiving. (Luckily it was better that morning). Also, his staff did everything they could to get me out of pain Tuesday until I could get in. I’m completely terrified of the dentist and from start to finish they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I would 100% recommend!!!

I am so happy to find a great dentist in my area for me and my family Dr. Gifford did an amazing job explaining everything he was going to do my teeth Dr. Gifford cleaned and polished my teeth he was nice and gentle with me and very patient. Danielle was amazing as well see processed our paper work and also did our exrays and getting me ready for Dr. Gifford this is a very relaxing dentist and look forward to coming here for a very long time thank you. I will be telling all of my freinds and family about this azazing dentist.

Informative, let me know what is needed vs wanting to do a bunch of invasive work. I will keep coming here for the unforeseen future!!!!

Amazing people amazing staff I don’t how to say this is the place for you.

They were very kind and helpful. The doctor was very informative and explained things in a way that made me part of the process so I understood what needed to be done and why. I would probably go to them as my primary dentist if I did not live in California.

I recently visited this place and they are absolutely amazing and friendly. The doctor's assistant goes above and beyond her call of duty and the dentist himself is very caring and willing to listen to me to find out what my needs are and was willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was so very nice that Dr Gifford and staff took a lot of time with me to explain my many options and what it would cost me for each. It was easy to get an app. I'm one of those nervous dental patients, Dr. Gifford has a tone of voice and just had a way about him that quickly put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Flossed Family Dentistry is awesome! Dr. Gifford was excellent and did an amazing job all around. He was very informative and explained everything in detail. It’s not too often you find a dentist who engages with you and explains things so you can understand and I really appreciated that. Danielle was awesome also! She is super sweet and very good at what she does. She also did a great job of explaining things and helped me with laying out a plan for my future visits and offered recommendations on where to go for my wisdom teeth. She also gave me recommendations on where to take my younger kids!! Both Dr. Gifford and Danielle went above and beyond and I look forward to visiting them for years to come!!
