There is not enough good things I can say about Dr.Chan and the rest of Radiant Family Dentistry. They are patient, understanding, helpful, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. When I found Radiant Family, I had chronic dental anxiety. I couldn’t get myself to schedule an appointment for a long time. In an emergency situation I called them, expressed my fear of dental work, and when I arrived at the office the next day (they of course got me in immediately - they’re wonderful), there was a sign with my name to welcome me. Something so simple to show that I was in good hands! Since meeting Dr.Chan and Radiant Family Staff, my anxiety surrounding going to the dentist is gone, and that takes A LOT. They have options for patients called a “comfort menu” to keep you feeling relaxed and at ease in any way you prefer. It is clear they prioritize making their patients comfortable. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!!!

We are snowbirds from Canada and my husband had a cap fall out so we needed to find an emergency dentist. They took us in right away. It was 4:30pm and they closed at 5pm. They were so helpful and accommodating. They did a temporary fix and made an appointment to do the rest of the work right away. I highly recommend them.
