Most through exam I have had. Staff very efficient and knowledgeable. Equipment seem to be state of the art. One suggestion: to enable front desk, have patients sign in and place mirrors on right and left of entry desk. The waiting area for patients is not visible to staff. Staff was busy on phone and did not realize I was waiting for my appointment. Also this would be essential for any patient needing physical help especially with older patients. Thank you for allowing me to offer my opinion.

The staff was great. The dentist nice. I read this in previous reviews, when paying cash they state they will tell you the cost up front. But actually they don’t tell you the cost until after the exam. Also, I did not get a chance to look at the X-rays. I feel much more comfortable when a dentist reviews them with me. And finally my tooth has a cap on it. I was told it was the none capped tooth but realized differently once I got home and checked. They have potential but should really try to really be upfront and go into more detail without the patent asking.

It was a consultation; I knew I needed significant work and wanted to discuss options as well as get a feel for the people who would be treating me. I have been coming here for my Invisalign and I just finished and I am so happy with my results! I’ve been going through this journey of having braces on an off 4 different times with other dental agencies and finally Dr. Ali was able to resolve my biggest issue having a gap in the front of my teeth. The staff is so kind and always asks me how I am doing and remembering little details from previous conversations I 100% recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for dental care or ortho.
