Walked in and one of the front desk staff was not welcoming. One lady (older with long blonde wavy/curly hair) was rude, acted like she didn’t want to be there and talking over me. I couldn’t finish a sentence without her talking, and what she would respond was not what i was saying or going to say. Like a know it all pretty much. The interaction was brief but not a good one. Though there was an older woman who did check me out at the end (Maria?) who was super kind. The dental assistant was super sweet, dental hygienist (who is only there on Friday's) knew a lot and was very informative of what she was saying and helped. The dr was brief, but kind and also knowledgeable while he was talking with me. Will go there again for the dental cleaning and services as there was just one thing that was off. Hopefully that front lady in the desk has better customer service for next time and was just having a bad day.

I am here on vacation and my temporary crown came off last night while I was eating. My friend and I were looking for a place to eat breakfast this morning and I saw the dental clinic. Thought I would go in and ask if they could help me out. I definitely came to the right place! They were so helpful and accommodating! They got me in right away. It only took about 20 minutes. I am not a patient or even live in Arizona but Dr Kraus, Yolie and Nick were awesome and took great care of me. Now I can enjoy my vacation! If I lived here they would definitely be my choice for dental care!

I just finished up with my first and only appointment with outfit. I went to them because my current dental office was sold and the new owners don't accept my insurance. These guys accept my insurance however, after my exam, I was left in the chair waiting for about half an hour until a lady came in. She explained that I needed a deep clean for $320.00 and wouldn't do a regular cleaning unless I had the deep clean. I have always kept up with my six month exams and cleanings and my previous dentist never said I needed a deep clean. I really get upset when companies get you in the door and then try to up-sell you for things you don't need or want. It's simply unethical.

First of all, when I initially called for an appointment she was able to get me in NEXT DAY for this toothache I’ve been having. 🤯 The front office staff was cordial and welcoming, I saw Dr. Klaus my first visit & he was amazing! He explained everything in detail & made sure I was fully comfortable with the plan he created to fix my teeth. 🦷 His assistant was so kind & thorough (I didn’t catch their name but they made me laugh & helped put my mind at ease😫) I am terrified of the dentist & I felt safe with the staff here at Canyon Modern Dentistry- if I could give more stars I would!!!!

Yolie made all the difference w/ her kindness and professionalism w/ her taking great care of my Mother who has dementia. The dentist as well. It’s very difficult getting her out of the house as she doesn’t want to leave home so thx. The only negative is dealing w/ the office staff member who made me feel as if we were going to steal the borrowed wheelchair from the office the ways she kept “reminding” other staff to “get the wheelchair!” Probably had one stolen before or some other issue there w/ her but that was not a warm moment. Same staff member that had me sign paperwork for my Mother & collected our payment.

I called on a Saturday praying that there would be an opening for emergency dental work. The phone call was so bright and cheerful and I knew that I had picked the right place for a stressful situation. Upon arriving the front office staff was so friendly and helpful, made me feel comfortable and less anxious. The dental tech that did the X-rays was funny and friendly as well! This is quite surprising to me, as you can tell that they all love their jobs and their coworkers. The dentist, also so amazing, honest and caring. They are not there for the money, they are there for you and your needs. Highly recommend 100%

Went in there nervous for x-rays because of my small mouth and sensitive gag reflex. they had a smaller kits for people like me, then I had an amazing and funny hygienist Lauren who was making jokes with me, the other nurses and the doctor, she just lit up the room. Had one of the best dental check ups I’ve had in years. Would recommend

AWFUL service!! Wait 3 hours for you child to get a cleaning, to find out that he was not even worked on yet. Just an x-ray - DO NOT GO HERE, waste of time. You can find other offices that have better service.

I am visiting from Canada and broke a tooth. After visiting a different dentist's office who said they couldn't help me (!!!), someone recommended Canyon Modern Dentistry. They were able to take me first thing the next morning and were friendly and incredibly efficient. I had to get a crown, and had it made and fitted all within the same visit. Professional from start to end. First off I want to say the honesty and dedication from Loren the hygienist to Dr. Kaus and Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond my expectations than any dental office I visited in the past. Second my kids, and everyone knows how kids get, were treated with the utmost care from Dr. Kaus making him their new best friend as well as their dentist to go to from now on. And I cannot say enough about the honesty with Loren and Dr. Nguyen and how I learned something new that no other dentist or hygienist had mentioned before to me.
