Dr. Brian Mitchell Dentistry and Orthodontics

I was injured in an accident that included me nearly biting clean through my lower lip. Dr. Mitchell and his staff saw me immediately, stitched my lip, answered all my questions, made me feel safe and made a traumatic experience as comfortable and manageable as possible. The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Thank you to Dr. Mitchell, Veronica, Ms. Tucker, Mrs. Farnum, Ms. Flores, and Elsa for helping during my scary situation. I am beyond grateful!

Dr Brian Mitchell and his staff are truly amazing. I am a dental temp that travels around Tucson covering for hygienists that are out for various reasons. It’s a worthwhile sacrifice for the offices to keep their patients happy and serviced; good practices know this and gladly absorb the costly fees. This office has the best team work I have ever seen. All players are on the field and ready to carry the ball for each other. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, skilled, fair, happy, punctual, clean, and willing are but a few of the traits I witnessed while there. I also teach dental hygiene at the local college. Today one of our students fell and split her lip. I texted the team and asked if they would be willing to treat her and they did; after hours! The entire team pitched in to treat our emergency and we couldn’t be more grateful. THIS is how it’s done people. Thank you team Mitchell for all you did and do! - Melissa Tucker

I had some cavities filled here a few years ago in preparation for braces. For some reason they had another dentist lady do the operations on me. She messed me up very bad. Even the tech kept hinting to here on her mistakes. I had no pain before and afterwards I was in excruciating pain for MONTHS! I went back a few times, even telling them I wanted Dr. Brian Mitchell to work on me, but each time I went in there the same lady was to do the work. After giving her a few chances, I gave up. The lady was kind enough to apologize, but seriously lady you did damage to my oral health. If I had more time and resources I would have sued. Count yourself lucky and improve you skills (dont use patients as guinea pig). For comparison I was able to find another practice that resolved my issues in a single visit. I do not know how good or bad Dr. Mitchell is, all I know is he let me be used a guinea pig. They offered no compensation for the damages they did to me.

I have been going here for my teeth cleaning for almost five years, and they are the best. My wife and I love the caring from Dr. Mitchell and hygienist Tenzi.

I saw Dr. Mitchell back in May of this year to establish dental care and for a routine cleaning. His staff was very nice and helpful and Dr. Mitchell has a great attitude and seems caring. However, I've contemplated leaving a review for the past 5 months due to the amount of sensitivity I was left with after a simple filling. I had to go into the office I believe 4 times to fix the work that was done by Dr. Mitchell. Although he was nice and willing to fix the issue, it has still left me with DAILY sensitivity when chewing and flossing and because of this, I decided to write a review. The filling covered two molars so much so that I was unable to floss between teeth and only one molar required the filling. The bite was way too high and eventually he had to redo the entire thing. For months I couldn't chew on that side without painful sensitivity and I was tired and honestly didn't trust going back into the office again due to this experience. Another interesting thing that happened was one of his dental assistants told me she had the same thing happen to her from him...in all my years of receiving dental work I have never once had such a painful and annoying experience. I believe this happened as a result of working too fast. He is very quick to attend to his next patients all waiting for the same doctor. Thankfully there are a plethora of dentists out there.

I have been going here for the pass two years. This office is great/fantastic!! I have no fear of Dentists anymore,at least Dr. Mitchell and his team. They are all great employees who know there profession very well. Cudos to all of you..

Have been with Dr. Mitchell for several years (6 years) ... love the staff and Dr. Mitchell... still have all the same teeth I had when I started! That counts for something! 🤣

Just got back from my cleaning with Rocky, she was great. I definitely recommend this office. They work with you, listen, and don’t just tell u to floss but they also take the time to explain things, in addition to doing great work. I love the text msg reminders, I never have to wait more than a couple minutes if that even. They follow up when they say they will. The office is comfortable and clean and love that they still provide masks to show that mine and everyone’s health and safety are priority.

Wow!!! What a wonderful group of people -- from the office staff to the dentist. I hadn't been to a dentist in longer than I would like to admit, and this was my first visit to Dr. Mitchell's office. The hygienist Monique took the time necessary to get done what was needed while being efficient, gentle, and kind. Dr. Mitchell was equally skilled and kind in his area. The office staff made sure that my next appointment will be within my insurance guidelines to avoid any unnecessary out of pocket expenses. I was, and still am, truly amazed!!

Dr. Mitchell and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have recently got extensive dental work done to include extractions, bone graph, and a crown. After this experience, I would seriously recommend Dr. Mitchell to all my friends and family. And I have. Best customer service. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are the best!!!

I have just started to go to Dr Mitchell this year but have had multiple procedures done. He is an excellent dentist who has an excellent “chair side” manner. In addition, his staff is very competent and very easy to talk to. I would give him and his staff the highest recommendation.

Tenzi is my oral hygienist and she is wonderful. She always offers new techniques to help me get my teeth cleaner. You can see her smile even behind her mask.

I DON'T LIKE DENTISTS and have avoided them for years! I feel just the opposite in Dr Mitchell's office! From reception to assistants to Dr Mitchell, they are professional but friendly, and show great patient care and empathy! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing proper care!

I was a first time patient. The staff are very professional, thorough and they explained everything very well. Dr Mitchell has updated technology to make getting x-rays done quick and comfortably. Dr Mitchell was very informative and only suggested things that were necessary. What a pleasure.

Dr. Mitchell did a fantastic job on straightening my teeth, dental implants and other dental care. My office visits are always great and leaving happy because Dr. Mitchell and his staff’s top priority is giving great quality care to their patients. They are professional, caring, and extremely accommodating. The office setting is clean, they go the extra steps preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus by supplying hand sanitizer, and face masks in the lobby. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell!
