I had an emergency visit. They did get me in quickly and the front office gal and the assistant doing xrays were pleasant. The dentist then came and was nice, but was attimate about pushing for an oral surgeon extraction and implant. The antibiotic that was prescribed (which I had to push to get filled before end of day) was the wrong dosage after I had visited with several dentists to try to get a better handle on pain. I was also prescribed a narcotic . The next day I was extremely sick , reacting to codeine and vomited for 13 hours . I called the dental office and Heather was not very kind asked if “ I couldn’t just wait til next Tuesday” and when I said no and I was having issues and wanted to check with dentist. Apparently they never checked my health sheet they had me fill out as I should not have had that pill with my history of asthma! I never heard back. When the receptionist jackie called the next day to confirm my appt next week and ask for a deposit, I explained my concern. And she said she would leave a message for Heather and she was very apologetic and kind. I felt like it was a push to make more money , not getting me relief. I will not go back nor recommend this place. The front end should also know that while we wait in the foyer we can hear what is being said and the tone . I’m saddened this happened as vail is growing it woood be good to have someone close to home.. but with this service and the price ticket attached. No thank you

DO NOT GET ANY DENTAL WORK DONE HERE! If you do and they want you to get a crown done please go elsewhere. They ruined my tooth and it resulted in an expensive periodontist procedure in order to fix it. I had my first crown created in the office by Dr. Patel in Dec 2021 on the machine that does same day crowns. Throughout the entire year which resulted in cleanings and they claimed that a dentist did an exam they failed to notice the gum irritation. Fast forward to Dec 2022, when I changed dentist due to a failed filling by Dr. McComas that had to be reworked on by the same dentist because they refuse to let me see another dentist in the office. My new dentist did an examination and immediately noticed the gum irritation which at this point was beyond inflamed. They also observed that there was an open contact (which means the crown was incorrectly made and resulted in food to pass thru) and upon removal of the old crown they noticed that it was placed past the biological width allowed for placement of a crown beneath the gums. This resulted in a procedure by a periodontist to remove the inflamed gums and create space for a crown to be placed on the remaining tooth since a lot of the tooth was removed the first time I had the crown placed. I asked for a refund for the old crown from this office and they did give me that refund after several attempts of asking for one. Dr. Patel didn’t even apologize for his mistake and didn’t come out to talk to me. Furthermore I had to pay out of pocket to correct his mistake that resulted in my inflamed and irritated gums.

Been a patient here since it opened. Today had a prophy with Nidia, xray with Fallon & exam with Dr. Patel. Painless! Great team of people. Highly recommend.

Just had a wonderful experience with my 4yr old daughter. Fallon worked well with my daughter and the awkward and uncomfortable experience of teeth x-rays. Dr. Tran’s bedside manner was amazing! He did well to explain each step to my daughter and all her to become familiar with the tools and sensations. Not to mention she got to sport some really cool glasses. Very educational and clear. All and all and wonderful experience! Thank you

Wonderful customer service. The DAs and dentists are knowledgeable and patient. Anahi, hygienist is so gentle and detailed. Do not let tour team go anywhere. I prefer to drive a little more to make it to this office. I also prefer to pay little more but I feel comfortable with their care.

Anahí is the best dental hygienist that I have encounter in the state of Arizona. The staff is amazing and the doctors actually care. The work ethic and profesional is reflected on their work and their incredible customer care. If you are looking for a dentist and an excellent dental hygienist then, look no further.

My appointment was great. All the staff was super friendly and professional. Dr. Tran and Fallon were super quick with my filling and Anahi was the same with my cleaning. Definitely reccomend!

The dentists and hygienists were very kind and helpful. They walked me through the process of my fillings and gave me breaks often during the fillings. They made my fear of the dentist go away!

All of the staff are wonderful, especially Fallon and Anahi who took care of me during my most recent visit. They were so friendly and patient while they explained everything to me. They made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Misled. Rude hygienist quit n got someone to continue. Misled on price. Did not perform procedure the day it was scheduled.
