While visiting the Grand Canyon, I had a visit from a tooth ache and didn't know what I was going to do. I called Timberline and they got me in right away. They were able to diagnose my pain, set me up with some meds so I could continue my vacation. They would be without a doubt my regular dentist office if I lived in the area.

My husband raved about this place, unfortunately it's difficult working with his military insurance, so he couldn't remain a patient there. I am able to with my current insurance, and went in because I broke my molar. They are wonderful, and are able to save my tooth. Very pleasant atmosphere and my dentist is wonderful! I am very fortunate to have her!! Highly recommended!!! ❤❤❤ Second appointment, they put my crown in today. It fit perfectly. At first my dentist wanted to do a gold crown, luckily she was able to do a crown that's white on the sides and silver on the bottom. I can't do gold, I'm just way too old to quit my job and go become a pirate. Thank you TIMBERLINE!!!! 😁😁😁

I have had my wisdom teeth causing me so much pain fron coming in impacted. I had never had a tooth removed so quick and painless. My anxiety was through the roof going into my appointment but Brandon and the lady assisting him both provided amazing services and i would highly recommend anyone suffering with tooth pain to give Timberline Dental a try!

I am terrified of dental work and had my fair share over the years. Not only did these guys work with me for pricing without insurance, the bedside manner and skill of the staff and dentist himself is top notch. I had a tricky molar extraction and spent as much time as he needed to get it out without undue stress or damage. Fantastic place thank you SO much!

These folks are AMAZING! I’m an over the road truck driver and they got me in as soon as I got there. Xrays and exam right off the bat. Meds called in to the local Safeway pharmacy. Very personable and compassionate. I have a phobia of dentists, and they put me right at ease. From check in to the nurse to the doc. If I have any other issues and I’m on my way through here I will definitely be stopping in to see them again!

I am very happy with the service and empathy that I encountered at this dental clinic. Around 1,5 month ago I was at my honeymoon in USA. Sadly, my tooth started to ache very much. I was having fever, I was swollen and sightseeing was nearly impossible. When we were at Williams I decided that I have to do something about my tooth. Without even calling to dental clinic and setting an appointment I went there and told the staff about my issue. Almost immediately they took an x-ray of my tooth, and 15 minutes later dentist gave me perscription with antibiotic and some painkillers. Thanks to that help I was able to spend rest of my honeymoon without any pain or discomfort. I recommend this dental clinic.

I was visiting the Grand Canyon area from North Carolina recently and needed dental attention to repair a broken tooth. The Inn keeper at the Sheridan House Inn referred me to Dr. Brandon at Timberline. The receptionist , DeDe, was helpful in getting me in to see the Dr. on very short notice. Dr. Brandon and the entire staff were very polite, friendly and professional. While this was a major break of a front tooth, Dr. Brandon was able to repair the tooth the following day - it looks like there was never an issue! I am thankful to Dr. Brandon and the staff at Timberline for turning a bad start to a vacation into a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Great and very polite and wonderful people. Everyone is very kind and helpful and help to make my dentist visits easy, painless and enjoyable. I've needed some special attention and extra work, and I have had the best dental experiences ever here. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to the dentist for over 70 years. This is the best dentist, both Dr. Brandon and Dr. Dawn Tilts. I have had pain-free experience they have done lots of work on me mostly Dr. Brandon. Perfect place to get your teeth cleaned, also. All the people who work there make it a joy to go to the dentist. Me and my husband love them all. They also have a practice in Flagstaff. You can't get any better than that. The best my teeth have ever felt. I am so happy we have them in our little town. We thank God for Brandon, Dawn and crew.

On a school trip to the Grand Canyon and one of our students fell and broke his two front teeth. Oh no!! Dr Brandon worked us in and had us on our way in no time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for taking care of us!

Brandon and Dawn Tilts have been taking care of my dental needs since they opened their practice here in Williams. Most people schedule appointments with their dentist, I do not, and that usually leads me to a "walk in visit" usually in pain, or recently with a broken crown... Between Di Di their front office person, and doctors Dawn and Brandon, they get me inserted into their schedule and immeadiately are on my problem... I have had several crowns, alot of fillings, and my Wisdom Teeth pulled in their office, with great care, and absolutely wonderful service! And, my mother who was 92, also had all her dental work done at the office with Dawn and Brandon, and they always took care of an elders special needs, carefully and diligently. Now I do reccomend you make an appointment, but if you need any emergency, or painful situations handled, we have two wonderfully skilled Dentists right here in town to take care of you! Have taken my kids there many years. Lost a filling only 3 years old. Had to pay another $400 to replace it. Not happy.

Today we were eating lunch on our way through Arizona when the cap on one of my two front teeth came off. Once we reached Williams, my husband searched for dental offices and found Timberline Dental. They could not have been nicer! Although they were about to close, they took me in and in short order Dr. Tilts had examined my tooth, determined it was sound, cleaned off the old glue, cleaned out the cap, and re-cemented it so that it fits better than before. Throughout, he and his staff were personable, kind, encouraging, and professional.
