We had been using Dr. Jones for a while and he's a really nice man but I feel like they are just out to make as much money as they can and don't really care about the long term effect on the pacient. One of the office women are very very rude and pushy! I was also taking my son there and the last time we went the dental assistant put his filling in and it fell out as soon as we got to the car. Tried to go back in and they were closed so I had to wait and call the next day and they acted weird about it like we did something to cause it to come out when we literally walked straight to the car and got in and it fell out.

I went in for a cleaning. The only thing they did was try to upsell me. They started quoting a deep cleaning and Invisalign. I refused that and they didn't even clean my teeth. The cleaning was the only reason for the visit. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist.

Iam a over the road driver and Dr Jones made sure I went back out on the road pain free with a dental plan. I love the professionalism from Dr. Jones and his crew. Dr. Jones makes sure that u are comfortable before he goes diving into your mouth. This ma gets the job right the first time.
