My visit this time was not as pleasant as the many times in the past. The receptionist on the clock at 10am was not friendly at all. She did not even look at me when I entered or left the building. I was not acknowledged at all and I was the one to greet her and say goodbye. More times than not, the person at the front desk is who and what represents your business. The young lady who did my cleaning was as always cheerful, courteous and pleasant. I am thankful she set up my next appointment.
