Mint Dental Care

My friend told me about her tooth not being handled correctly and having to come back for a root canal later free of cost due to their mistake. She said to not go here. I didn't listen. They fixed my cavity, I was not properly numb, and now I got a tooth infection. Super nice, but the service quality could use some work.

Mint Dental Care has a rigid policy on making people take x-rays. I told them I was diagnosed with cancer and did not want the x-rays at this time. Even in such a case, they were still requiring it if I wanted to get dental care from them (i.e., have my teeth cleaned). It's outrageous that they think they should be able to make healthcare decisions for me, especially under such circumstances!

Cancelled my appointment without any notice and informed me that they sent me multiple messages which I haven’t received it. When asked , if they reached out to my mobile there is no answer. I waited for this appointment for 3 months and now they say that I need to wait for 2 more months for next available. So, please be aware and double check with them about the appointment as they cancel the appointment without any notice.

The people here were great. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. Anyone who has any issues with dentists, I would highly recommend going to visit them at Mint Dental in Centerton. It will completely change your perception of dentists.

I got a tooth pulled at this Mint Dental and they did such an amazing job! I never had ANY pain with it! Thank you all so much, I am forever grateful for everything they did for me! Y’all are so amazing! I couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks again!!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and outgoing! The entire time I was getting worked on, the hygienist was checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend this dentist for anyone who has anxieties or fears about going to the dentist. Plus they have a therapy dog!!

By far the most amazing dental experience my daughter has ever had. She has severe anxiety when it comes to dentists and it was a fight to get her to commit to going. We were greeted with smiles and friendliness. When my daughter started to have anxiety they offered her the therapy dog they keep on hand and she was thrilled to have the k9 company. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease and Dr.Long did as well. He asked several times she was comfortable and if she needed anything. She can't rave enough about how wonderful and caring this place is.

Update: 11/29/2021 - just finished my six month cleaning appointment and they still rock! Great customer service, easy insurance claims process and super easy check out. This is a well trained team of professionals and it shows every time😀 Last year: Super customer service and real concern for your care. Highly recommended! Update - 1/18/23 consistently, great service, very professional, and well organized office processes. The team at Mint are expanding their office but still somehow managed to keep everything organized. I’ll keep coming back. You should check them out!

Mint Dental is an answered prayer to this mama!... My child went from hiding under chairs and cursing at the dentist at his previous office to what looks like actually enjoying his appointments. The staff has been nothing but great and Dr McCord has been positive and patient.

Even though they have many clients in at once, they spoke with you like you were the only one there. They don't rush you and make you feel like a $#. They were all very sweet and I didn't feel like I was being judged or looked down upon like every other dentist I've been to.

Always a great 6 month cleaning experience. Everybody is so friendly. I see Kimberly and Dr Long. They both always take the time to talk to me and I never feel rushed. It’s nice to have a dentist I enjoy going to.

Great experience the hygienist was really good I hope I get her again I don't remember her name but she did a great job and listened to my needs and my schedule requests overall an efficient and productive visit even with the expansion going on looking forward to getting my replacement crown.
