Dr. Chaney and his staff at his Crossover location are top notch. They strive to make you feel comfortable when visiting their office. You start with a warm reception and a complimentary drink, should you choose, as you walk in. The waiting room is nice and cozy, but never a need for it as you are always whisked back to a room immediately. The rooms have massaging chairs to help with the fact that someone is about to invade your mouth, which is hated by every person I believe. They will flip on your favorite channel on the big TV in front of every chair and on the ceiling mounted TV. The ceiling mounted is fantastic for the full laid back relaxing chair massage while your teeth are being cleaned. Dr. Chaney loves to explain what he is doing so you are at ease with what is going on and your expectations are met. He will also answer any questions for you and explain in detail anything you may not understand. All my experiences with Dr. Chaney and his staff at both locations have far exceeded any other Dentist office and have been outstanding. My hygienist was Marsha and she was very thorough and created a relaxing environment. Dr. Chaney and staff are knowledgeable, trustworthy and keep your dental needs on the right track. TERRIBLE. 2x failed attempts at a simple filling. Lost ALL my medical records. 2 appointments that were never scheduled by the staff when I showed up. Failure to return phone calls. Can't even do a simple filling or schedule an appointment. Go ANYWHERE else.
