No place like Hot springs dental! I have been going here for several years! I wont go any other place! This is the BEST dental group in Hot Springs! I had to leave them for a little over a year because of dental insurance coverage. But as soon as this group came back back as primary I was on the phone for appointments! No place like this place! Dr. Fleishner and Dr. Matone were so great! I had a lot of pain before and they worked me in and were so patient to make sure I wouldn't have any pain during procedure! Dr. Nick is also amazing and has done more of my dental work. But today I got to enjoy the company of Fleishner and Matone and the dental technician women was amazing! They are always prompt and professional. The plug in incense is overwhelming though in the waiting area. There is one in every outlet and it’s nauseating. Just a plain open window or air purifier would be far better.

I can not say enough good about hot springs national park dental office! My husband and i recently switched and our only regret is we did not do it sooner! They have saved us money with there amazing billing department that understands insurance and works to get you all of your benefits! The office staff is always so gracious and helpful when you call and always answer the phone knowing who you are! Now the techs, hygienist and dentist are honest (when you do not need expensive work they will tell you) dedicated (go the extra mile to make sure your teeth look amazing, even the fake ones lol) and they treat you like family. This is an amazing group and i would recommend them to anyone!

Tracy was kind and listened to my pre-appointment catastrophe that led me to scheduling a new patient appointment after a friend referred me to National Park Dental Group. She accommodated my schedule, even when I had to reschedule due to an unexpected death in the family. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to complete the new patient paperwork. Pulled me back, had all of my information uploaded in just a few minutes, X-rays were quick, simple, and easy (no long or crazy shots making me bite and hold the equipment awkwardly for several positions.) Dr. Van Bebber (who preferred to be called ‘Nick’) was kind and personable. He offered to fix my problem right then! He was informative, letting me know hand signs if I needed a break and prepped me for noises to expect. He spent the extra few minutes I feel seasoned providers often overlook due to time constraints. He numbed me, perfectly, the first time! Haley was kind, gentle, and they worked together with ease and fluidly. Less than one hour from start to finish and I had my new patient eval: DONE, X-rays: DONE, Filling: DONE! From the kind check in lady to payment, everything flowed with ease and convenience! 10/10 recommend and for the first time in forever I am excited for my next appointment so I can finally get overdue dental work completed.
